It was very comfortable and clean at a great price. Also was literally 1 minutes away from the venue we were going to to see some live music

Clean, quiet rooms with good blackout curtains. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Ideal location close to town centre. Don't be put off by risk of noise from the neigjbouring bikers pub. Rooms are well away from it and we didn't hear anything.

Decor is a bit 'tired' and the building won't win architecture prizes but this didn't dretract from the stay.

Staff on reception was very helpful and friendly, & bed comfy, room quiet

Location was the reason for booking here again as been here a few times as opposite The Victoria biker bar.

Location great; couldn't get breakfast because it was served late. We were offered toast and cereal. Staff were friendly, got some concession on drinks.

Room was grubby, dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Touch points dirty, bathroom worn and dated. Would not stay there again. I messaged hotel to air my views, but no reply 😕
