The hotel was right off the main strip in Tulum town and was easy to get in/out of the main area. There are many restaurants in the area and is easily accessible to the Tulum town area. The hotel was quiet which was great and the staff were very accomodating to our late arrival. The pool was such a great place to spend the hot afternoons. I would absolutely recommend this place to family/friends in the future and would stay again.

Everything was perfect

I want to elevate the ratings of this hotel. we stayed in several hotels during our trip and this was the best one… it had everything, breakfast was nice, swimming was super nice, with a car you can easily access everything… nothing fancy, but all we wanted!

We did not like the breakfast, very simple, no variety or choice. Although the women making breakfast are nice, they cannot even cook a good omelette. Everything about the hotel is very simple, no water in the bedrooms, poor wifi connection, overpriced for what you get. The staff is nice but wouldn't stay here again.

Clean, beautiful and, spacious room with a safe, fridge and balcony overlooking the pool. Tea and water for free 24h/7 at the common area next to the pool, where also the breakfast is served. Breakfast was good and included coffee/tea, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with yam, freaky made eggs of your choice (boiled, omelette, etc) and fresh pancakes. Car can be parked outside of the complex directly next to the building. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and professional. When we arrived in the next hotel we realized that we forgot something there and they arranged a DHL express delivery for us. Awesome service! The only thing we did not like was that the fridge in the room made some sound. During the day no problem but during the night it can disturb the sleep. We didn't need the fridge so no issue for us.

Staff are excellent! The property and rooms were so clean and well kept.

we arrived late. A couple bottles of water in the room would have been nice instead of wandering streets we didn’t know in the dark in search of water.
