Frukosten och SPA-anläggningen var topp!

Vi var tvungna att boka via Booking.com då hemsidan inte gick att komma in på, var mycket tydligt att personalen då ansåg oss som andra klassens gäster när vi checkade in och villa förlänga vår vistelse. Med annan och ny personal på plats gick det plötsligt att lösa! Skulle önska något lite lättare att äta än en hel middag på Top Floor.

Väldigt fräscht hotell, nyrenoverat och också väldigt bra frukost! Trevligt med två barer också :)

Låg en bit utanför centralstationen, var en bit att gå med väska i regn och rusk, men det är inget som var problem egentligen. Också mysigt att bo en bit utanför rushen :)

Att det kostade så pass mycket för spa är faktiskt inte riktigt ok. Och att gymmet skulle kosta 75:-, kändes väldigt fattigt tyvärr.

The hotel has a really great location and you don’t have to take any public transport in order to reach and explore the city.

The location was excellent, close to city center. Breakfast was awesome. I really liked all the fruits, cheeses and jams.

The hotel looks near by the river and also says you can book a room which can see the river but there is an industrial building infront of the hotel. For a larger area we have booked a premium room however there is no area to move in the room after you put your luggage, the room was looking at the other building wall. Very tiny and narrow bathroom all glass because there is no area to build abathroom wall. This is not about design at all. The staff in the breakfast room was not acceptable, rude. It is not possible to sit on the window side table, they are all booked for different birthdays! Which doesnt seems real. When the people leave the table the staff putting reserved sign directly. Never again!

Staff on reception were excellent, good location, great breakfast, parking was very useful.

The service and the location of the hotel were outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic.

- The pillows. Two are not better than one if they are.both flat if you lay on them. - The shower. There was no rubber between the glass and the floor. Once you had a shower, the whole bathroom floor was a waterbalet.

The staff were very attentive. The bad and the pillows are very comfortable. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was good and varied.

staff is very friendly

it feels like the purpose of the room is to sell stuff from the minibar. not very customer centric. people come to sleep and hangout, not for the minibar.

Very comfortable and clean room in a good location. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety. We also had some fine drinks and appetizers in the sky bar. We had to check out very early on our last day and hotel staff prepared us a take away breakfast, thank you!

Spa could be cheaper for hotel guests.

very nice bar and restaurant on top of the building. it’s really quiet, the room and the bathroom are big enough for the price and very clean.
