Friendly stuff is very amazing, the breakfast Food is delicious I love everything in this hotel, what we pay is worth it

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good. The breakfast was varied and excellent value. Catching an auto from just outside the hotel was very easy.

Aspects of cleanliness could have been better. We were only given some advice on sightseeing on our very last day.

Location and quality food is best part of the hotel.

Sleeping with bed bugs was horrible on 1st night. They changed the room next day though I informed at mid night. Front office person do not know which restaurant is open and and which is under renovation. Multi-cuisine Restaurant staff are not well trained or less number of workers. Super slow service and observed people are putting waste in my breakfast table. Totally annoyed. I agree they did correction for my remaining stay but this needs overall improvement at Lalit Brand level.

Nothing.

1. There were no towels and napkins in the room. I had to ask for that multiple times and then also I was provided with just one napkin and bathroom. 2. There was no Mat outside bathroom to wipe wet feet before entering room and had asked reception for a mat thrice but they just gave a napkin. 3. Breakfast was Poor and was not fresh. Muffins were super dry, Croissant and Cinnamon Roll were not fresh.

Breakfast was great and the hotel was away from the hustle of the city. Nice and quiet
