The apartment was very spacious and clean, full size fridge/freezer, in the kitchen was a bonus . Location was great,within walking distance to shops cafes, restaurants, pubs

The spa on the balcony leaked through the plug i thought.

The service from the staff was sub par, on the phone I had the worst experience and the staff member sounded like she’d rather be anywhere else. From a business perspective as well if someone mentions it is their honeymoon, it is the perfect opportunity to upsell or provide great service and go above and beyond because those are the people who talk about their experience the most and that was not done at all

Location was the winner. It enabled us to walk to most places around town. Having a swim up room was great and very relaxing.

The pool could have done with a vacuum out at least once during the week we were there.

That was not highlighted to much that there is no room service, even every 2nd day.

We were put in a room we didn’t pay for, we paid for a pool view as per picture on the booking and were put in a dark room with no day light no view. No ironing board in the room. Spoke to staff who couldn’t move us but managed a change the next day. The reviews rave about this place but was very disappointed. Dirty looking pool and generally a tired hotel.

There was vomit in a stairwell for over a day, and our room smelled strongly of bleach when we arrived. There is also no windows on the room just shutters so it doesn’t feel completely private. TV was out of sync and extremely dated.

Location was fantastic. Walk to restaurants and shops. Our ground floor balcony opened up to the pool. Also had a spa on the deck.

In the morning we had 2 staff members just walk in to clean our room even though we were still in there and check out wasn’t for another 2 hours we were not informed we couldn’t use the spa after a certain time until we arrived so many rules that were not included before booking wouldn’t have booked otherwise.. $500 a night you would expect more freedom could hear the people in the room next to us.. not sound prof at all :( pictures made it look the room much bigger then it was.. had a very funny smell my mate couldn’t stand it.. (it was his 30th) wanted it to be perfect for him but was not to bad.. had broken things in the room but they didn’t effect our stay much.

The location is amazing which was perfect as it was so hot when we visited. Our swim up room was ideal. Loved the pool access. I would definately stay again. Rooms are not huge but use of space is very well done. Also it was so quiet.

The bed wasn't extremely comfortable but certainly not terrible.

Location perfect, we had a 1 bedroom swim out . great size had everything we needed in the room.

Room could have been cleaner and the prices are getting expensive (our third stay here) given the rooms are due for an update.
