This beautiful, peaceful property was so comfortable and yet only a short walk from the beach and so many wonderful cafes and shops. We received such a warm welcome and loved everything about it. The gardens are glorious. The pool is lovely and the many thoughtful touches were much appreciated. We would gladly stay here again.
The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we couldn’t stay longer

Absolutely beautiful accommodation! It was so clean, the gardens were stunning. The pool was so nice, perfect spot to relax on the banana lounges to read in the sun. In the most perfect location - 2 minute walk to 4 Mile Beach, and 10 minute walk to the marina down the Main Street. Both Ken and Colin were so kind and helpful, perfect hosts! They coordinated and booked our amazing tours to the Daintree and Barrier Reef, recommended fabulous eating locations and activities to do in Port Douglas.

Check in information was left in an envelope at the reception counter. Parking was easy. Location was great. One bedroom apartment was cosy but sufficient (although I would not recommend planning on doing much actual cooking). Balcony (1st floor) was smallish but OK to sit out on, and with a nice perspective of trees and palms between the property and the next door property. The pool was heated and a very nice ambience.
The management is so keen to have everything ship shape that they go overboard. It is too much to clean debris from room doorsteps with a battery blower at 8.45 am. When I asked whether they needed to do that at that time they answered "yes". Clearly their own need to do something trumped their guests' entitlement to morning peace and quiet.

Absolutely everything was 💯!
The rooms were brilliant, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing.
Ken and Colin were attentive, helpful, informative, and made our stay the best yet in Port Douglas. So close to everything, beach, coffee, restaurants, takeaways & convenience store.
Just perfect ! We will stay again.

The on-site team (Colin and Ken) were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Adult only made the common areas and pool quiet and relaxing. Everywhere was super clean!

Very comfortable accommodation, close to everything. Facilities are everything you need with the added benefit of a decent size pool located privately at the back of the complex.
Ken and Colin are excellent hosts and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

A very convenient location with a balcony and a view of the water. A washing machine and ironing facilities in the unit were appreciated. There is good bathroom with walk-in shower and a comfortable bed.
There is also a lift to the upper levels.
The pool did not look inviting at all. I would have loved a coffee pod machine in the kitchen. Quite a few apartments we have stayed in now have a coffee machine.

the little extras like available beach chairs to take to the beach , bbq area avail,books , pool was lovely and warm, rooms have natural ventilation re plantation shutters . great nights sleep . hosts were very helpful

oh I guess I could kindly suggest to not use leave blower in courtyard before 9 am ,

The apartment and grounds were always super clean and well maintained
We had to leave after 5 days and return home . . . we will be back soon
