Nice and modern resort. Great location.
Room was only a room. Very small with only a bed. Only table was outside on balcony. Was a bit pricey for such a small room.

Great big rooms and the resort pools were awesome and excellent location right near beach and restaurants
No smart TVs and free to air TV options/programming was terrible.
My byo chromecast wouldn't connect to their wifi - has always connected at every other hotel I've been to and works at home no problems

Pool, drinks and food around the pool area, spacious apartments
Mold in the rooms - around fans and curtains. Not great with a baby in tow
Housekeeping picked up belongings when cleaning and now are lost, no offer of compensation despite them being lost/thrown out

We love this place and have been coming here for years it’s so close to the beach and restaurants the pool is a beautiful relaxing space
Unfortunately the staff at reception seemed overwhelmed and not very happy, it took over an hour to check in with no explanation and nothing was offered to us while we patiently waited. The place definitely needs some maintenance as it’s starting to look a bit tired in parts and our toilet was leaking and noisy 🙃

The pools were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It was close to a beautiful beach.
The room was tired and needs renovation - the floors were worn, the settings on the dishwasher dial have been worn off, there was a watermark on the bathroom ceiling below the upper unit’s floor drain, the lower corner of the vanity was rusted. The quality of the breakfast was average.

Location and not very busily.
Even though the room we stayed in was small , the furniture was old, rusty, chipped everywhere and old carpet with stains. Dusty surfaces. 5 star?

The room was a bit small, was expecting a little bit bigger.

The property had a nice feel about it, relaxed easy going vibe.
The rooms felt in need of maintenance, the tv’s were very old. The cupboards looked they were for about to fall part. Old shower fixtures and screens with low water pressure. It wouldn’t take much to give them a refresh.

The pool area was great and very family friendly. The location of the hotel is great as it’s nearby a lot of cafes and restaurants as well as the beach. Groceries and Kingscliff main beach are also a short drive away.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was large with good facilities. We were given a room which was very far away from the main area and it was overlooking the road. We requested a room closer to the main area as we have a baby and the staff were very accommodating and arranged a new room fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the new room had black mold all over the blinds. The room felt very humid all the time. The resort itself is probably a bit too big.

We absolutely loved the pools, the tropical pool was a great way to finish of the day.
The fridge was too small and didn’t have enough space to hold drinks and fruit. We had to juggle how much water we could cool with how much fruit could be cooled.

the buffet breakfast was cold and food wasn’t great. probably worst buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Never no towels for pool, the day spa stuffed our booking up so we missed out on our massage and facial. for our honeymoon we were expecting a lot more also given the cost per night to stay.
