Spacious and well located

Things were broken, not cleaned very well, looking a bit old and tired. The complex was undergoing some renovation and repairs which we were not informed about prior to our stay

The location was perfect and so close to the beach! the apartment was a good size, clean and modern with a nice balcony.

Unfortunately it was just missing a few small things that you would have expected to be there. The first one was extra towels for the pool. As it is a private room the hotel reception won’t lend them to you but they weren’t provided by the apartment either which was a bit disappointing. Also there was no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathrooms which you kind of expect to be. The washing machine looks about 100 years old and does not work either which was a bit silly having it there, it needs to be updated with a newer/working one.

Location and facilities were awesome.

Large, comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Huge main balcony, and smaller balcony off the second bedroom. Two bathrooms each with large bathtubs (spa in main). Very well equipped kitchen with full size fridge, oven, coffee machine and everything else needed for an enjoyable stay. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and cafes, a mini mart, liquor store, hotel, walking pathways and overlooking a large park with kids playground. Two swimming pools, smaller one with heated spa. Undercover carpark plus plenty of outdoor parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Keys did not work for interconnecting rooms which delayed our trip to the footy in Brisbane and missing part of the game. Also ants infested our food

We (2A + 2C) had a great stay at this apartment within the Mantra on Salt complex. The apartment was clean and well presented with everything needed for a week stay. Lovely big balcony overlooking the pine trees towards the beach with the shopping precinct below. I was worried about the potential noise but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. The apartment is close to lifts to the pool and reception area and the resort facilities are great - we will be back!!
