Nothing to complain

The food diversity and quality was amazing and the various stations offered hot and cold brunch international variety. The dining manager Hari came to to each table asking for feedback and offering assistance on top of the very helpful staff. Impressive service!!! The outdoor seating was just as well attended to.

recently refurbished so it was pretty neat and clean looking. Anju (I hope I got the right name) from front desk was very attentive and made sure that our stay was good. All the staffs were very polite as well.

The outlets not sure if I didn’t know how to use it or it wasn’t working.

Outlook of the hotel was grand. Location was good. Requests were promptly taken care off.

First of all, Did not match the price. It was the huge setback. And it was the only place where value of doller exceeded pound by triple its rate. It was ludicrous. Second of all, the room after paying humungous price was small with OKisss furniture and super old carpet, did not at all match the pic of room from booking.com. Swimming pool was out of order the whole time, (there was arrangement to go to different hotel for swimming but would have been better if their own swimming pool was in working order), no sauna or steam. Staff were in general good but we didn’t like the “I will kiss your backside for good reviews” sort of attitude. It was getting too much towards the end. It appeared that all they seemed to care about or are after good reviews individually or for the hotel itself. Communication was not great amongst staff. However, Anjali at the front desk in the reception was excellent. She was exceptional, was diligent, professional, honest and lovely and super helpful at all times we encountered her 😊.

Poor service and customer support

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. not only were the people very nice at the restaurant but they also had a great variety of food from India. a specialist Chef from the south of India makes a huge difference to the culinary delights expected. Yogendra one of the staff members was most helpful and his service was excellent in the restaurant.

the AC controls were a little antiquated and more precision controls would be appropriate. the furnishings in the rooms were a little tired.
