They have a nice garden and some things for kids to play outside

The smell and size of the rooms, the room temperature can not be regulated so either its too hot or you open the window and its too cold, the staff seems to care only about themselves and what they are doing and not about the guests, the location is far away from Billund and there is poor lighting to drive in the night, the quality of the beds specially the extra bed are bad if you sit down they break.

Delicious breakfast. Small but cozy rooms. Playground at the back of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location - close to the airport, Legoland, LaLandia and Givskud Zoo. Reasonable price.

The breakfast was amazing, really like it.

The cleaning of the room was terrible. In the first night I had drunk hot chocolate and the cup continued dirty in the room untill I made the check up. They didn't clean the room at all. I couldn't open the windows because the position of my room allows everyone to see inside my room and it really disturbed me because i didnt have ar condition and was very hot and a lot of people passed through and looked inside and was very noisy. One night I had the need of one fork to eat and the reception was close and they lock the door to the living room, and was only 22h pm Don't have shampoo and conditioner also

+ Fastest and probably most uncomplicated check in and check out I ever had. + Quiet in the night. + Comfortable beds. + Restaurant was very good. + Nice nature nearby. + Little fitness studio but mainly for cardio and not strength training. + Quite cozy athmosphere.

- Will never like that system with open shower without doors, but it simple seems to be a thing in Scandinavia and luckily due to heating the floor dries up fast. - Quite simple and limited breakfast though okay for just a few days.

The room was okay

There was no staff . I didn’t see a single staff member the whole stay. The keys were left outside the door for us to find them. The restaurant was closed and the breakfast was very small , limited choice , not good quality.

Small hotel with spacious, clean and pleasant rooms. Very good breakfast. Service is super helpful and nice.

Nothing to dislike, a very well managed facility.

Hotel is pretty, there are activities for kids, beds are comfortable, big parking lot, very clean.

Breakfast is very basic (only cold items like bread, meat, cheese), coffee was not good, very few items for children. No AC, did not need it for the majority of time, but moscitos flew in site if we opened window.
