Location was spot on, the hotel was well presented and staff were friendly. The spa was good and staff professionally pleasant.

The lack of swimming pool and access to spa facilities was a paid extra. No explanation if the water in the fridge was complimentary so had to go outside to buy water. Paid parking space for guest is not nice in the slightest. It cost a shocking £12 per day.

Lovely facility, clean, rooms well appointed with a great view.

We arrived a few minutes after 22:00, I had called in advance to inform the restaurant of our delayed flight (we had pre-booked a table). We were really looking forward to a decent meal after a long day travelling. Rushed through check in which was slow, only to be met with a rather unfriendly chap who turned us away I said we were quite happy to eat something very simple such as a salad but again unfortunately we were left with a packet of crisps from the bar. Very frustrating when the restaurant was still visibly quite busy.

The hotel looked amazing, the rooms were spacious and had a great view of the racetrack where Mercedes do some of their testing. The restaurant was great, breakfast and dinners were very tasty and lastly all thebstaff were friendly and happy. Loved our experience.

Hotel is located in a nice area and they have Mercedes world which is very interesting

Unfortunately, there was lots of hidden charges and spa doesn’t live up to expectations.  We ordered the steak in the restaurant which came really fatty and burnt considering it cost £35 each  SPA has got separate facilities which are very small hot tub very cold  When i got to the hotel   my card was debited by £300.  Which has more than the cost of the room  Apparently, the extra charges was just in case  When we checked out  They tried to charge us for all of the facilities which we already pre-booked and paid for  And I’ve still got a pending transaction of £300 on my bank  Staff was very friendly. 

Room was lovely and comfortable. Food in restaurant was exceptional. Bathroom was a bit tatty in places. Fridge did not work. And was grotty. Only stayed 1 night. But overall was OK. Paid extra 30 pounds for upgrade to over loom track. This was not worth it as there was a concrete pillar obstructing view. Mainly looked out on the car park.

They must find away to sell it as hotel spa stay /there are a load of added extras which mounts up pretty quick £203 room with brekkie £12 parking £39 each for spa Which if you are on a romantic break you won’t see your partner for 30 mins to an hr because the steam rooms and saunas are in the separate changing rooms . Then add dinner drinks in the restaurant Say no more

The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities one would want.

The mattress was too soft. When using the walk in shower the water flowed all over the bathroom floor to the sink and toilet. Tissues in box were four!

Really great hotel. Lovely room overlooking the Mercedes track. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was fabulous.

Parking. We spent approx £500 on the hotel stay. This is after the nights tariff, spa treatment and evening meal. We were still charged £12 for overnight parking. After taking this up with the staff, we were told that because we booked through booking.com, we were charged. If we had booked direct with the hotel, we would not have been charged extra, as it's included. This was unexpected and disappointing and kind of took the shine off what had been a great stay. We hadn't realised until we were checking out. Please reimburse the £12.

Perfect location for attending the wedding we were invited to. Lovely staff and a great room. Not sure why, but we were given an accessible room - so the room was unusually spacious.

Some of the bathroom layout and fittings might have been a bit better thought-out considering it's meant to be an accessible one.

Stayed here a few times and just love the location and rooms

Breakfast was good although not that hot. The serving room was small and led to congestion especially if you wanted bread or toast

Attention to detail in the room was poor. The shower waste outlet was not level with the floor and caused a sharp edge against your foot. The waste for the shower was unable to cope with the flow of water, which led to flooding. The room has a deep clean every 2 days, fine, but the room was not made up on a daily basis. Therefore, the bed was unmade, coffee/tea not replenished. We were able to collect more from reception, but for the price that we paid for the room, I would expect better. Breakfast was an extra cost, but to charge the guest for car parking - outrageous.

Location fab. Staff fantastic. Food amazing. We were treated like royalty the whole stay. Genuinely very friendly staff.

Very overrated with rigid policies. There are a lot of extra charges that should be complimentary. Reserved two rooms for baby shower event, one double for myself and heavily pregnant wife and two singles for guests. Got two singles, and our room was not converted to a double until around 11 pm. We were charged £30 for early check-in despite contacting the hotel in advance that we had an entire baby shower event booked. Failed to give any concession. Air-conditioning was not working properly. No one turned up despite reporting it. You have to book and pay in advance to use any of the spa facilities. You have to pay for a treatment to use it on a weekend. Tea is the only hot drink included in breakfast. You have to pay for coffee/latte. No self-service machines.

Location and general quality. The 1907 grill ideally located to the front. The bar and grill very comfortable and stylish. The rooms and shower very good.

The air conditioning was not working well in our room, seemed to struggle to cool the room, explained why curtains pull during day to try and combat the issue. Breafast and evening meal both very good.
