Location was good, right in the sentrum, front desk staff was very friendly.

I stayed here as they stated they are Service Animal friendly. They failed to explain that that ends with just letting the Service Animal stay in the hotel. Service Animal whole purpose are to stay with you. When I went to get my Breakfast I was instructed by the dining staff my Service animal could not come with me and asked to leave the dining area. I could have stayed else where cheaper with the same type of accommodation. I paid thier price specifically due to being Service Animal friendly. Hotel has no AC, furniture and flooring are old in the rooms. Next time I'll just do an airbnb for cheaper with better accommodation.

The location is very good. It is in Sentrum and means that it is easy to get to places, restaurants and shops .

The car parking facility. I arrived late at night on a Friday. I asked where the car park is situated and the polite receptionist explained, however she did not explain that it is necessary to activate a parking app from 8:00am in the morning. I am English and whilst my understanding is good, I did not realise that this was the case and I did not see a parking meter. I received a 600nok fine. Sadly this negatively affected my stay at the hotel and it could have easily been avoided. After finding the fine at 10;30am the next morning, I activated the app and I continued to stay in the car park for the remainder of the day with a minimal charge as it was Saturday. I reported this to the receptionist before checking out as I wanted to give feedback that it should be more clearly explained that parking is not included in the cost of the room to help future guests at the hotel avoid a similar situation.

The invoice I get and the amount I paid does not match. The invoice indicates a cash refund. I did not get a cash refund. I might have been cheated.

This is an old hotel in the center of town, so we expected that. The room was great Superior room was really like a suite with as separate living area and balcony with a great view, beds were very comfy which is what i am now coming to expect from Thon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the safety arrangements we thought out.

no private parking although it all worked out ok in the public car park. Really nothing not to like maybe the rooms could be modernized a little but for the money i have no complaint. All said i would stay there again.
