Sometimes rooms smell cigarettes

1. have a car park. 2. convinience to take public transport and buy food. 3. easy to book using booking.com .

nothing that i dont like, just an idea free 1 carpark per room for your guess only.

Location was good, no doubt

The rooms were absolutely filthy with roaches all over the place. It was so bad that my colleague booked another hotel nearby out of pocket. The pictures are not realistic.

Saya suka tempat nih strategis mudah ke mna mana

Saya tidak suka sebab di hotel ini juga ada banyak orang yg memanfaatkan pelacuran. Sampai saya pun di kira pelacur oleh pihak tamu yg tidak mengetahui saya juga tamu dalam hotel ini

Close to monorel station and KL Sentral station, Close to malls, Close to Halal restaurants, Room is clean, Staff is friendly even when I told them I lost the key card, Room is nice, Great service, 24/7 security Great window view,

No hot water shower, only hot water at sink, Rm5 per entry for parking which is quite expensive if you travel using cars in and out, But it's flat rate so basically it's kinda cheap for those that stay in the hotel.

Some indian quest are yelling and the lift is very poor. Need replacement

Need to improve Hotel and Room cleanliness, Bad odor in reception area and insects in room and bathroom.

A lot of things about the room like how lousy it looks. First of all the receptionist was unwelcoming on the check-in, it felt like I wasn't welcome. Then we got our room, it was a weird elevator experience. Then, the room itself inside looked lousy. There was no kettle to heat water even though they provided tea bags and instant coffee powder(who does this?). A lot of the switches on the wall does not work. The lights were okay but I didn't like them. The toilet door is stupid with no lock. There is no comprehensive water heating machine in the shower(had to just crank it to half power to get water to start heating), stingy with soaps, no water bottles at all. Honestly, if this is the standards of hotel in KL Sentral, then I feel like this city is left behind as even my small island of Labuan provide just basic water bottle and was generous with soaps and other small things in the room. Even the city is full of impatient and rude people. Honking everywhere at every chance.

The lift did not work when walk down the stair the door at the bottom was locked and had to walk back up the stairs. Could have been dangerous incase of a fire

There was a cockroach in my room

Basically I did not enjoy my stay. Hotel was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere. I have stayed previously on ten occasions and this was one of the worst stays.

Paid for a buffet breakfast for length of stay. First day (22/03/2023) had buffet breakfast which was basic. From day two (23/03/2023 to 27/03/2023) no buffet breakfast was provided by hotel, instead hotel only offered a set plate of food either a rice dish or a noodle dish. Lodged a complaint about the situation but hotel thought that breakfast provided was fair. I advised hotel that I paid for a buffet breakfast so I would expect a buffet breakfast to be provided.
