This place is soooo amasing. The location is perfect, only 2 mins walk into Kuta along the beach pathway but tucked away in a completely silent and tranquil environment. Coral and rock free swimming in the beautiful beach right in front at hight tide and steps going down from the resort... The gardens, ponds, fish and sub tropical surroundings make it heaven to walk through and a huge swimming pool with swim up bar. The staff are amasing... helpful friendly and courteous at all times. The food is soo good and breakfast buffet is to die for - yum ! Oh and a fantastic huge gym, with free weights and a great selection of machines; AND air conditioned! Cannot recommend this place enough ... you CANNOT fault it... stayed 1 week. I will be back again very soon! Thankyou Discovery Kartika Plaza

Great place to stay , Staff very helpful and friendly. Building and facilities are getting old but still a good hotel . Would definitely stay here again.

To be honest everything was pretty great. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We hardly left the hotel as there was everything you need even a little shop. I truly enjoyed it. For personal reasons we needed to change a room from the 5th floor to the lower level and the staff changed it without any problems.

That for a 5 star accommodation, the bathrooms were outdated the shower in the bath it was a big step down to get out of the shower

Buffet breakfast was great. Very professional and helpful staff. Loved the facilities and pool + environment (right next to the ocean). Room was comfortable and room services.

Beach front, huge lawn and pools

Breakfast was great with a wide range of cultural choises. Room was excellent and well looked after. Location was great - very centrally located. The grounds and gardens were very well kept.

Some breakfast items could have been hotter - eg sausages. our room wasn't available when we arrived although after 3pm. Pool furniture and umbrellas showing a bit of wear and tear.
