Le cadre, la disposition des logements. Les chambres avec piscine. La gentillesse et le côté prévenant des personnels qui sont très réactifs et s’attachent à rendre le séjour très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité.
Des installations sportives récentes et un court de squash sont également disponibles. Tout est vraiment parfait et tout le personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Un très bel établissement pour séjourner à Ubud.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Throughout our stay, we were super impressed by just how friendly and accommodating the team was. When one person in the family wasn't well, they made whatever food appealed and provided home made brew to make the person feel better. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and the team went out of their way to make it a memorable one! Food was excellent, the views amazing, the spa - incredible, the villas - the best! Its a little pricey but in my opinion definitely worth every penny.
Everything was great. We had no complaints.

immaculate gardens and infinity pool and the staff are fabulous. we even met the owner who stays there regularly and the hotel has a terrific family hospitality vibe
it is really nice but rooms and the spa are also nice and expensive ( and multiple by 10 of what you get in town). Also the honeymooners/Instagramers taking over the pool and invading personal space to get their photos in the infinity pool was a bit annoying.

Villa was superb. Private and very relaxing. Staff were exceptional. The friendliest and most accommodating I’ve ever encountered.
The only negative is the drive into Ubud. Although hotel provides free car service. The plug in the bathtub didn’t seal properly… that’s it

Hospitality, very very very very polite staff, everyday we had suprise in the room, beautifull room, good food....Our driver Kadek was beyond very professional, polite, patiante, he was also our touristic guide.... but all staff next to him are amazing! Congratulation

Well set out 5-star villas with an excellent 10-minute shuttle service to and from Ubud. Well trained staff who are genuinely proud of their hotel. Huge breakfast menu including special coffees. The best gym one could hope for - plus a new squash court!

Superbly friendly and capable staff, good food and drinks, location and grounds are amazing. Addition of the l'aperitif restaurant and cocktail bar is out of this world and sets a new standard for classy Balinese Hospitality. This was our second stay at Viceroy, this time with our baby of 7 months and they were amazing in facilitating us with all our extra needs. Would definitely book a third time!

We stayed in the terrace villa with pool and it was stunning! The food at Cascades was amazing but then we went to Aperitif and it actually blew our mind! The staff were incredible and always on hand for absolutely anything we needed. Just the most incredible place ever!

Everything about the Viceroy was EXCELLENT. The accommodations, the food, the staff, the property were beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend the villas. They took great care of us. We definitely will return.

The staff were just amazing!! Nothing was too much for them. the resort is also spectacular looking out onto the jungle. I can’t recommend this resort enough for those wanting a quiet time to unwind in luxury.
There isn’t much to fault at this resort. Just keep in mind it is away from the hussle and bussle of bali and you will spend most your time at the resort.
