Locatia este aproape de Vama Veche- 45-50 min cu masina, intr-o zona stancoasa, de deal. Apartamentul a fost in corpul Terra, cu vedere catre zona de deal si partial catre mare (spre apus) (am ales cu vedere la mare, cu vedere frontala nu era disponibil), are dubla vedere -livingul catre mare si dormitorul catre zona interioara, cu piscina rotunda, este spatios, are o zona amenajata ca si chicineta open space, dotari- chiuveta, fierbator de apa, o sticla de 2l de apa; are AC functional in ambele camere; dormitorul are pat matrimonial cu 2 saltele alaturate (nu se simte spatiul dintre ele) si livingul- canapea extensibila confortabila. Curatenia se face zilnic intre 9.00-11.00 (schimbat hartie igienica si aranjat paturi, prosoapele se schimba la cerere). Zonele de masa sunt situate la etajele 1 si 2 in corpul central (cel cu receptia), locuri suficiente atat in interior (au AC) cat si pe terase. Mancarea este diversificata, dar sunt si alimente care se repeta. Au zona de gratar - dimineata folosit pentru clatite, omleta, oua ochiuri; la pranz si seara- diverse grill-uri- peste,porc,pui,frigarui,fructe de mare, legume. Au 4 piscine, din care una interioara cu apa incalzita, amfiteatru unde se tin spectacole pentru copii aproape in fiecare seara, tiroliana (40 leva /persoana), aquapark, parc aventura (catarat, escalada), terenuri de fotbal, tenis. In afara complexului nu ai unde sa te duci pe jos, nu exista faleza, complexul este sus pe deal. Activitati mai mult de resort.
1.Desi stiam ca nu este o locatie pentru plaja, ma asteptam sa fie plaja mai mare si mai amenajata. Adora este mica, pietroasa, destul de aglomerata si apa nu prea curata (alge multe, mirositoare). Heroes este mai mare, cu mai mult nisip, se ajunge cu masina personala acolo, microbuzul hotelului are curse pana la Adora. Fiind zona de coasta, plajele sunt jos, caracteristice unui astfel de relief (gen Costinesti zona Epava).
2. Nu mi-a placut la zona de mancare faptul ca anumite alimente (in special zona de legume taiate si salate) ramaneau toata ziua acolo, le acoperau cu folie de aluminiu, mesele erau frigorifice insa de fiecare data am nimerit si felii de legume acrite.

Privelistea, locația, camera, spatiile de agrement: piscinele, terenurile de sport, aqua park-ul, parcul de aventura.
În fiecare zi se repeta același meniu.Si dincolo de acest aspect lista era tare saracacioasa. Diversificau foarte, foarte puțin....nesemnificativ. De asemenea, băuturile oferite lăsau de dorit.

Galagia dusa la extrem de copiii necontrolati de parinti. Poate ca proprietatea ar trebui sa impuna reguli de respect reciproc pentru toti turistii. Era efectiv un vacarm in lobby bar dupa cina. Nu te puteai auzi de urlete si tipete.

Хотелът е огромен, ние бяхме настанени в последния блок. Тъй като е края на сезона, трябваше да си носим куфарите повече от 500 метра Храната за Олинклузив не беше кой знае какво...Сигурно в сезона си струва. Това място е за семейства с деца.
Паркинг далече от хотела, СПА център не ми хареса, а цената много висока.

Exceptional pools, cleaning happens every day, amazing Aquapark… tons of diverse food and drinks. Busses are running every hour to the beach, free of charge. Activities for kids and not only… every evening!

We liked the fact that there were activities all day long (animation team). The food was ok. THey have tennis courts and soccer fields, but you have to RENT tennis rackets...or bring yours.
The Aquapark is just outside the resort.
There are golf carts available for bringing the luggage to the room from the parking lot.

- The aquapark was not as big as imagined
- The room was not very clean. And when they said they would clean it, they did not wash the floor.
- The bathtub was leaking water from under it. Had to wash the floor every time we took a shower.
- No privacy on the balcony,
- The parking lot is pretty far from the rooms. No underground or covered parking
- You have to take the shuttle to get to the beach.
- And at the beach you have to ay to get seating with umbrella. (Adora beach)
- The beach is small and not the cleanest.
- You can also walk to the beach, but it is pretty steep. Cannot do it if you have kids.
- You have to pay separately for the zipline, that goes close to the beach.

There was no possibility to have another type of food outside the all inclusive system.

The aquapark was nice, the kids like it very much. All 4 pools were clean . The food was good and had a lot of variety. The hotel provide you transportation to the beach
The room was dirty at the corners with spider web and bugs. We asked to clean again but they didn't go through all the corners. We sat at the third florr ajd there was no elevator The beach is far from the hotel. You need to take a mini bus that is provided at the property. The pool water was very cold.

The hotel's location is good, with a nice view to the sea and close to the Romanian customs and to Balchik also.
The heated pool is good on colder days. The Aquapark it's ok for adults and children.
The sofa bed in our room was broken, and was very difficult to sleep on it in the first night. The second day, we reported it and someone came to fix it very quickly. I can understand that a sofa bed can be break, but it should have been repaired before our stayed in the room.
In the bathroom there was a bad smell from the drain pipes. The air conditioner was dirty and we didn't use it, and on the bed sheets were old stains.
The hotel has a big potential, but is not well maintained. In conclusion, for the highly price asked, the quality of the services is poor.

The room was big and the view to the sea was great.
The pools were great, especially for the kids.
The evening shows were nice and fun.
The food was like at the cantine not like 4 star hotel and staying at long qoues to get some food was frustrating.
The drinks were local and not that good.
The snaks from the pool bar were horrible.
The cleaning at the toilets at pools and restaurants areas were missing completely. It was a challenge to get my son at the toilets.

In the room cleaning can be improved - spider nets in corners, dust under bed.
A big bad point for the fact that on Monday the hotel decided to close one floor of restaurant and it was very crowded, with a long line to take smth to eat.
... and ... A lot of rude people, but this is not something what hotel can control!

All meals excellent. Cannot fault them on food. Staff excellent. Only a mini break so brilliant for us. Did the zip line and 6D cinema ,,,, neither part of the all inclusive but both really worth doing.
No diet coke or decaf. Coffee, but I lived :)

Breakfast was ok, but the dinner was very poor and the same every day.
No diversity, same food.
We should pay extra for towels and for drinks and sunbed at the beach.
For the aqua park drinks we also should pay extra.
No water in the rooms, we had just one bottle of 2 liters for all the period that we stay.

It was my first time to the resort and i loved everything.
I booked a standard room on booking and i asked to pay on my arrival not a day before and i got a realy nice standard room for 2 adults with a great view and even a discount when i payed. So many thanks 😉
The room was big, the bed comfortable and the view great!
Also the food was good but you can improve if you want the client's to return .
The cleaning stuff to be more careful when they clean and prepare the rooms for next guests, to make sure they take all the hair from all the corners of the room, and to change the sheets at least after 2 days of staying. They have this service but you need to pay extra. They were doing the daily stuff, taking the garbage, changing towels, but only this.
In rest everything was good!

Location is nice with a very spectacular view. Facilities are good. It is quite close to Romanian border and getting to the hotel is quite easy. Food is ok, but not something to talk about. Basically if you are looking for an all inclusive in Bulgaria and don't want to drive to much coming from Romania it is a very good choice.
The bed mattress are quite soft and old. Didn't sleep to got on them. Wi-Fi is not reliable and with a slow speed (4-9 Mbps) best to be prepared to use mobile data on your phone if you need to do some work.

Parking very big, the resort is closed and guarded, safe for cars and kids.
Nearby a big and nice aquapark with bar. Horses to ride for kids.
Inside the resort is absolutelly clean, three big pools cleaned every morning. Two bars with snacks and good quality drinks. Restaurants are large, the food is diversified and cover all tastes. Very hard to not find something to taste.
Rooms are very large, well fitted for a 4 stars. Beds very large and confortable.
Sea view is amazing. Every hour there is a shuttle for reaching the beach, close to the resort, 5 minutes to ride.
The one of the most wonderfull zipline in Europe.
Staff very friendly and supportive.
Clear to come back , a big 10 for everything.
