Some issues with the hot water, fluctuating from super hot to not that warm.

Elegant hotel. Spacious, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Room 7 (the studio) has an amazing view. The restaurant is beautiful. The food was very good and was served quickly ( same for lunch and dinner)

The hotel/restaurant doesn't have parking spaces. The good part is that public parking spaces are available ( approx 5 euros per day)

we had the studio because we travelled with 2 kids. floor was making noise while walking on it. the doors also made such a noise when closing/opening - the bath has a problem with setting the water temperature, it did not stay warm. when travelling with kids you need more comfort and quietness while they sleep. also the couch in the living was such a mess, it transformed in a “bed” we couldnt sleep at all, all the parts went in all directions.

they have a very good restaurant for a dinner as well

overall it's a nice stay, close to the beach, bit far from the city center.

I have stayed in 3 different hotels and all of them had issue with the water flow and temperature, I believe it's common problem in Romania and this hotel was not an exception. In the morning there was no hot water coming. menu selection is everywhere the same.

The breakfast was not that great, only a few choices but the fact that you ate it in such an amazing view made you all forget about it

- The view - The staff was nice and respectful - Close to the beach - Private beach with sunbeds and umbrella included - Breakfast included - Big room

- At the middle of our stay we left the "Please clean the room" sign at the door and the towels on the floor in order for them to be changed. When we came back from the beach we noticed that cleaning the room ment taking out the trash and arranging the bedsheets instead of changing them. The room had not been vacuumed and the most disappointing of all the dirty towels were back on the bathroom rack. Given that the cleaning lady was not available anymore at that hour we used the bathrobes (one of which was ripped) to dry ourselves and the next day I kindly asked her to replace just the face towel. She looked surprised by my request and checked the towel to see if indeed it needed to be changed 😐. This was the most disturbing part of our stay. We did not expect it as the cleaning lady seemed nice otherwise. - Sometimes the water would not heat so we had to shower with cold water - The closing system of the doors is too noisy - The breakfast was tasty but it was based on eggs (omelette and poached) and butter & jam/honey. More diversity would have been great, maybe some pancakes, porridge, fruits etc. - I don't know what cavemen occupied the room before us but they sticked chewing gum under the coffee table. Due to the heat it started to melt and it was dripping there. Good luck we saw it before our baby did. I think they should pay more attention to details and do a thorough check/cleaning to all surfaces. - Smoking was allowed in the restaurant - Lack of a drying stand, which is much needed after you come from the beach
