showers went hot/cold, bed was hard, no table on balcony and unable to get breakfast there

Excellent staff, service and very accommodating. Easy to park and get to.

Would have been great to have access to a buffet breakfast which I noticed they do have facilities for.

Cleanliness was really poor and staff cleaners came into our room which was not a mess and moved out belongings from were we had left them

unable to adjust the shower. went from freezing cold to scalding hot. wasted a lot of time and water trying to get to an okay temperature only to have it turn scalding hot or freezing cold again. don’t know why they bothered to have a sticker in the bathroom to be Earthwise. most of the time I was out of the water trying to get it to a suitable temperature. forget about washing your hair.

for an elderly couple I felt the shower was positively dangerous! very slippery floor; needs something on shower door to say where to push.
