Good location, room was ok and setup for three separate beds as requested, very basic but was sufficient for our one night stay.

Only a couple of off street parking was lucky to get one. Very disappointing check in process arrived early 1:30 for a 3 pm check in time, was told the room was ready yet and come back at 2pm, went for a walk to the shops nearby and return after 2 when the room still was ready, finally ready after 3pm. Disappointing considering we were checking out early the next day at 7am, so really have minimal use of the room.

Absolutamente nada, fatal las habitaciones. La recepción estaba ya cerrada a las 7.30 pm, Nos dejaron la llave de la habitación en una caja con combinación. Sorpresa … era un cuarto diseñado para personas con necesidades diferentes, el cual no pedimos. De la foto que ellos se publicitan en las agencias como Booking, muy muy lejano a la realidad. Al día siguiente pedimos cambio de habitación y nos pidieron que dejáramos el cuarto antes de las 10 am y nos dieron largas y largas, hasta que hablamos con una gerente, la cual medio agilizó el proceso, que aún así, arruinó nuestra mitad del día. Además en su información dentro de Booking NO describen que la limpieza NO se realiza diariamente, solo cada 3 días y es cuando te dan sábanas y toallas limpias.. La persona de la recepción nada amable, nada ayudadora, terminó de arruinar lo que quedaba de nuestro día ya que todo era NO para adquirir cualquier actividad en el área encontrando más tarde que si había actividades.abiertas para ese mismo día El agua de la alberca sucia “de color verde”

No era lo que esperábamos y mucho menos lo que supuestamente reservamos.

Could have done with more sun beds around the pool & net curtains in room.

Room was spacious with a nice patio. Patio was covered which came in handy when it rained. Hotel was walking distance of many restaurants, the sea walk, a pharmacy and the aquarium. Staff was helpful. There was also always off site parking available on the street.

The pool was not as inviting as the picture.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location, easily walk to Night market and restaurants for food, Rusty market for fruits, Marlin marine for cruise, Railway station for Kuranda Railway & Skyrail cable car. Room is clean and quiet.

Shower is a bit weak.

Accessibility is good. Staffs are very kind.

Stain on towel makes me feel bad.

Rm 225 - bottom air direction vein on air conditioner was missing and would blow directly at you when trying to sleep. was too hot without the aircon. A liitle noisy with doors slamming etc but otherwise a good stay

Only a few car parks on site

I enjoyed the small and cozy feel of the hotel. It is convenient with some restaurants nearby. I didn't try the breakfast, but thought it was a good idea to serve continental breakfast, and a take away breakfast basket as an option.

Great location, really so close to everything, very friendly reception, lovely pool and common area - so many plants, great wifi.

Room wasn't as soundproof as we would have liked - the shower next door woke us up in the middle of the night (can't account for when people take a shower!)

We checked in 4 hrs early but rooms weren't ready and we realised time but some place do let you in. lovely lovely man on desk said would get a priority for a room, went to lunch, gone 2 hours our lovely man was gone and woman on desk said not ready, have to wait, so we did another 25 minutes. Don't believe for 1 minute a room wasn't ready. The rooms were good except booked for 2, I desk chair only Had to sit on bed to eat. Would have been so much nice to have had 2 easy chairs, room was certainly big enough. Also would hv like to see 2 chairs for the terrace., pool would have been lovely to sit and enjoy from our room Would certainly stay again. Oh and the breakfast was beautifully presented and continental had every thing and more that you needed. Was fairly close to town but for oldies a curstey van would have been amazing.

No easy chairs or extra chair to sit on. And thought lady on the desk when we got back was extremely unhelpful. All the other staff were more than helpful. Never swam but the pool area looked amazing

The location is fairly close to the city centre. There was a nice pool area. The room was comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible and had a common area to mingle if you wanted to.

The staff could have been a little more welcoming, especially the lady on check out. Part of the curtain was deteriorating. There was no luggage rack.
