Was in a nice location, the view from our room was really nice. It was nice and clean. Room service was very nice as well.

The bed was not comfortable. It was just 2 mattresses out together so one of us was falling down the crack in the middle.

There was no USB ports for charging - so you need to remember to bring a plug. When they made up the room they did not clean the coffee cups or wine glasses that we used. Pillows were to soft as wall, woke up with a sore neck.

The staff at the front were hard to understand and tried to over charge me for the room. The amenities were very average, tea / coffee making was dirty, the aircon was dirty, the fridge was loud and noisey. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and the whole room smelt musty. The best wasn’t great and pillows were very uncomfortable

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the reception and restaurant looked very nice and welcoming. Great facilities such as laundry and the view of Perth City was amazing. Amazing Coffee also!

I paid extra for a cot and did not use it the entire time because there was no mattress just sheets which were far too thin, you could still feel the poles underneath, honestly I was upset that someone would think that is okay/comfortable for a child. I did find cockroaches which honestly didn't bother me that much (they are the worst to get rid of). The biggest issue for me was while I was out shopping for the entire day, my room had been cleaned by housekeeping and when I came back that afternoon my door was left open which was very shocking (my PS5 was on full display for anybody to grab), it felt like a real invasion of privacy and I could have had my childrens and my own stuff stolen.

The space of room, lighting and they looked recently renovated.

The room had a smell, like sweat head smell. The shower didn’t have a soap or shampoo holder so floor was only option. Toilet hadn’t been properly clean before I checked in as I found previous shower gel tube half way on top of shower door. No shower cap provided either.

The view of the city from our room was second to none. The manager was overly friendly, but this may have been him trying to compensate for the others who were not so friendly, and for the very poor quality and standard in the hotel overall -_-

The toilet smelled like a sewage farm and for a while the water flushing into it was yellow. The walls were dirty. The beds were saggy like hammocks. There were ants everywhere and a few cockroaches. The decor is very old. The balcony had one uncomfortable chair. Small bottled water were $6.00 each. Terrible 👎 lucky it was only a one night stay due to necessity.
