Very clean and modern hotel. Beautiful views over the valley from the 3rd floor. Great airconditioning. Awesome service on the reception.
While showering, the water got a bit out of the shower booth and over the doorstep.

Comfortable but small room. Nice to have a balcony with Mountain View’s. Breakfast was ok not good for vegans.

Dobre śniadanie, choć o 9.00 brakowało wielu rzeczy. Świetne skomunikowanie autobusem z dworcem i starym miastem. Bardzo uczynna recepcjonistka, która wgrała nam do telefonu karty gości. Parking przy hotelu, Duży balkon. Cisza za oknem, można spać przy otwartym.
Łóżko dwuosobowe cało skakało, kiedy druga osoba się przewracała. JEDNA KOŁDRA:(( Brak czajnika, co w Polsce jest standardem IBISów. Cena noclegu jak na warunki szwajcarskie przyjazna, ale 19 CHF za os. za śniadanie plus 24,- za dobę parkingu to dość drogo.

Die Dachfenster und deren Aussicht war super.
Ebenfalls hat und das Zimmer vom Schnitt, dem Designe und der Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen.
Dass das Check-In 24h geöffnet hat, vereinfacht die Anreiseplanung sehr und auch der 24h Barbetrieb hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Parking war relativ schwirig zu finden, einen Hinweis, dass nach 2200 Uhr das Garagentor bereits bei der Einfahrt geöffnet werden muss wäre hilfreich gewesen.
Dies sind jedoch nur Details, welchen unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt haben.

Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht, erst wollten die uns in ein dreckiges Doppelbett zimmer mit beistellbett (3Erwachsene).Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer was im erstgespräch wegen angeblichen Renovierungen nicht verfügbar sei. Zimmer war bereits fertig renoviert. Zudem haben wir während des Aufenthalts rausbekommen das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer wurde einfach an andere Gäste gegeben wurde....

Quite small rooms difficult with a family and suitcases to manoeuvre in room.

Fantastic location and facilities. Bus 10,11,12 go straight from the Chur station to right in front of the hotel within 7 minutes (6 stops). The receptionist (Pavi) was ultra good and courteous and gave me and my family two rooms and both were balcony view. Awesome ...really a good place to stay!

There can be nothing to dislike here to be honest!

Camere vecchie ma le stanno ristrutturando, un solo asciugamano a testa e la camera gelatissima. Malgrado avessimo alzato il termostato si è sentito il tepore solo al mattino

Хорошее местоположение, до жд вокзала, примерно, 1 км. Рядом есть супермаркет. Номер небольшой, но на 1 ночь самое то. Останавливались на сутки перед поездкой на Bernina Express

Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend, Zimmer zweckmässig und sauber
evtl lag es daran, dass wir mit unserem kleinen Hund gekommen sind, die Teppiche waren doch schon arg in die Jahre gekommen (smile)...aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen

The location is perfect, next to the bus stop and walking distance to the city center.
The breakfast options were limited. The room was spacious, but had very few charging points and they were at inconvenient locations. The TV was mounted on the wall right next to the bathroom door. So we had to be quite careful to not bump into it.

Lovely hotel with views of the mountains. Great location to walk or get the bus into Chur.

All rooms have a balcony which is good but it (seems to be an Ibis thing) needs refurbished. Not many places nearby to eat out (I don’t do McDonalds which is in the building). Underground car park was good.

The room was clean and basic although this was expected from an Ibis. However, it was a little tatty - the curtains were ripped and the desk was chipped. Although the hotel is out of town we were provided with a free bus pass by the hotel and the bus service was excellent, with a bus every 10 mins stopping immediately outside the hotel which will take you into the centre of town and to the Bernina train station.

The location was perfect, there is a bus stop directly out front that gets you to most locations. The staff were amazing with food recommendations, directions, and providing us with free bus tickets.
The room had a bit of a lived in smell, but was easy to air out with the windows open.
