The location is easy to get to by car with onsite parking available. The view across the river to the castle is exceptional. it is an easy walk to the old town from the hotel

lack of control of air con meant it was too hot overnight, as advised to shut windows due to mossies from the river.

Great location on the river, great views of the river and town we had a room with a river view which was excellent. Very comfortable bed and room, free parking!! will definatly return soon, great hotel.

Paper cups in the room. No glasses or proper cups.This seems odd for a 4 star hotel. It's shame there isn't a restaurant at the hotel, only for breakfast

If you can’t park outside (there is limited parking) parking is available a few minutes away but not ideal with luggage.

Room had super view over river and town. Location was ideal for walking into the town for bars and restaurants. Access and car parking was very straightforward

Excellent I picked the hotel for its location. I already knew both the town and the hotel as I had lived nearby and was on a return trip. It is easy walking distance to the town, near to plenty of restaurants and events. Its set in a beautiful place along the riverside. I did not reply to your bonus question about a quiet room - because I did not make a special request, had I done I would have asked for a river view.

Great air con (once we located the controls behind a wardrobe door) nice view of the river. Huge bed, friendly staff. Easy to park.

Actual hotel location is a little 'dingy'. For a mid week overnight I thought the price was a little high ( around 150Euros) for the room and facilities. Coffee provided is poor quality.
