Dirty , needs a good freshen up .
The shower in my room was not working properly and dirty . The kettle was broken and the sheets on the bedding with stained . I always woke up with bites on my leg !!

Easy to find close to the motorway
Bar was a little expensive but not extortionate, breakfast could’ve been included in the cost of the stay but only paid a little extra and price was still affordable

Really nice and clean hotel. It's away from everything but easy to get onto Wakefield by taxi .

A. Room was reasonable but no toiletry was available .
B. Breakfast was below standard, hardly anything for Muslim
C.bed was reasonably well but need mattress to be replaced .
Bathroom should be well equipped with all amenities.

The hotel served a purpose but was quite expensive for a fairly poor quality room and location near the motorway

Breakfast was ok, would of liked to see fried eggs rather than scrambled not a fan. At 9am we had to ask for several empty items bit was put right straight away by staff.
Scrambled eggs were black in places, maybe microwaved ??

the staff very where friendly and welcoming at this hotel it was easy located when driving
they should provide an iron in the rooms .. also the breakfast buffet wasn’t very appetising something they could look at changing

Quiet room
The window did not close, letting in cold air all night, and the room stank of disinfectant. Goodness knows why they had to use so much disinfectant

The receptionist Andrea was so helpful, couldn't do enough for us during our stay, it was so easy to get to and close to amenities
We wanted to watch a match on sky sports in the bar with a few drinks however the hotel only had bt sport so we had to go elsewhere

The room was a bit chilly. Cob webs on the coving around the ceiling . Shower head was missing a washer

The room was ok, but the bed was very uncomfortable abd had many stains, and the bathroom was unclean - very poor standard. Breakfast was very poor/cold and despite not eating it and advising why no refund or alternative options given
