The Bed was Comfy and the Location of Hotel was on point. Very Much in city center, close to tourist spots and on bank of the river with great view outside.

The facilities in room were not good :- 1. The bath tub had rusting 2. The slab of cupboard was broken and it almost fell on me. This is a Safety hazard and should be fixed by Hotel. 3. Dustbin was not opening from foot. 4. No toilet brush in bathroom. 5. Jaccuzi, steam room were not functional and was not highlighted during booking.

Gym & pool were a great addition to our stay, but could be kept a bit cleaner. Pool-floor was visibly dirty, gym space and equipment could need a refreshment - but overall it was all functional and we were happy to have the opportunity, as most other hotels in this area don't offer anything like that at all.

The air conditioning stopped working in my room on the first night. Combined with the fact that the curtains were totally ineffective and light was blazing into the room, this made for an incredibly uncomfortable night. I was moved to a different room on the second night that didn’t have these problems, but was in an area of the hotel with an overwhelming smell of damp.

My room was not how it was in the picture. I booked a deluxe king room although what room I got was far from a deluxe king. I messaged the hotel to ensure the room I booked was the same as in the pictures and I did not receive a reply until after my checkout which was very disappointing. As in the message I was being offered an upgraded room with a balcony.

Staff friendly food was excellent pool very clean .Room was clean and spacious.

Booking table at bar instead of showing up for food, especially when you are staying at hotel .Car park was very tight and barely enough room to get car out.

Town was dead

from the time we checked into the hotel there is nothing that we could fault. There was only 4 adults that were originally booked in but on the morning of us leaving my sisters 2 year old grand daughter decided she was going on her holidays with her nanny and we just couldn't leave her behind. On arrival at check in I explained the situation with the girl on the desk and there was no problem adding my sisters granddaughter onto the room. The staff couldn't do enough to facility the baby. Breakfast was 100% could not fault one thing. There was plenty of everything and the breakfast staff were fantastic very friendly and efficient. We had lunch in the bar on the Monday again staff were lovely the food was fab and plenty of it well worth the money. Monday night we had our dinner and again no complaints of the portion sizes and again the staff on the night were fantastic they couldn't do enough for us. The two rooms we had were spotless and cleaners came in every morning. The location was 100% right in the center of Waterford but we didn't venture out as the weather was too bad but the hotel was so good and the swimming pool was great so we had something to do.

I could not fault one single thing with the hotel, staff, food, room or facilities. It was so good myself and my sister are looking at booking another weekend in January or February with my 2 daughters.

Location is great. Has a car park and swimming pool. Room was modern and clean. Very good shower pressure. Trade coffee shop/cafe nearby was superb. Everett’s was fantastic for dinner.

We were on the second floor and could hear the music from the bar downstairs.

The staff were all very helpful & friendly especially Caroline on reception. Bedrooms are very clean & modern. We ate in the bar on both nights & the food was delicious.
