A well decorated well equipped house with very comfy beds. Owner was very responsive to a few initial problems (TV, WiFi, bin bags).
The owner can't be held responsible for parking rules but should clearly explain them. The Pay Parking outside (applicable 6 days per week) is max 2 hours stay. The nearest car park forbids overnight parking unless paid for in advance.

Everything is very luxurious, well looked after and neat. All the pictures and descriptions fully apply.
We really missed a dishwasher. A small type could still fit in on the right part of the kitchen. Who wants to hand wash dishes on their holidays?

We booked last minute and as the property appeared to be a new listing on booking.com we were a little apprehensive but it exceeded our expectations! The place is so cozy and homely. Really appreciated the Netflix facility, especially on a wet Sunday evening. Beds were really comfy and it was nice and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was modern, clean and well stocked. The biscuit nibbles in the living room were a great touch!
A minor point, but the soap and body wash dispenser in the shower was ill-placed. A suggestion might be to position it on the wall of the shower nozzle. I knocked it with my elbow and it fell off the holder, and the contents spilled out all over the shower.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in a home from home setting. This boutique style house had every comfort we could wish for a short stay. We were there on a short break with friends but we all agreed we would be delighted to return for any other reason we might find ourselves in Waterford.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable house with all modern conveniences. Great location. Very comfortable beds.
Lack of parking. A residential permit for a space near the house would provide for a more relaxing stay. 2 hour maximum on-street parking and an unmanned 24hr car park nearby was a disadvantage. Otherwise, a lovely house

A very homely house to stay in. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the city.
The house was clean with cosy beds and fresh towels provided. There is a guest book available which is very informative. Excellent Kitchen facilities.

Beautiful home, right off the square and close to a wonderful breakfast place. Importantly, so very close to all the historic places we wanted to visit in town. We were able to walk everywhere.
We could have used another roll of paper towels, but really everything was wonderful and there were shops within easy walking distance.

Absolutely stunning property. We were so lucky to find this gem located only a short drive from
the coast. It had everything that we needed and more for a family of 5. Beautiful welcome treats. The beds are like clouds and the decor is so beautiful. Gorgeous outdoor area. We will definitely return again.

very clean and well kept, and little touches like the snacks and drinks that were there were brilliant.
town centre was a few mins walk in one direction and 100m the other way was a lovely area with a green and a few pubs etc

Everything was clean and tidy. Much bigger on the inside than it appeared from the front door with access to everything you would want to have in your home.
