Perfect for train station. Good breakfast

Nice breakfast. Very pleasant, helpful, friendly staff.

Family was kept up most of the night by raucous, drunk loud guests in the adjoining room. There was a connecting door so we could hear everything through it. Went on all night.

The restaurant was good, a nice atmosphere to have breakfast.

No bath

The night staff were extremely helpful , couldn’t do enough for us . Very lovely and the four that were working at reception/ bar 15 th December made our stay .excellent

The property is in an excellent locations, 20 minute walk from all the shops, restaurants clubs etc, directly opposite the train station which was perfect for us! Comfy rooms with controllable heating and great bathroom facilities! Everything we needed was in the room. Luggage storage downstairs after checking out was a great help. Staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

There is only one downside to the property and that is that the restaurant is small, so people were being asked to take their breakfast to the rooms on trays. Also, they stopped bringing out food about 15 minutes before breakfast officially stopped so those people coming down at this time didn’t have many options.

Parking right next to hotel, breakfast was very good, hot, freshly cooked and quality products. room clean and tidy, if a little cramped, bed was firm but i don't mind that.

I'm sorry, i have a bit of a list; room 601. window did not close properly. fan in bathroom did not work, hence once showered, you couldn't use the bathroom due to amount of steam. toilet seat was loose bathroom was very small

Very well run hotel. Excellent location, within walking distance of city centre and across the road from train station. Very convenient for visit to Bath. Fantastic staff. Friendly, efficient, hardworking, interested.

Good location for railway station. The room was quiet. Fittings in the room were adequate.

Despite me previously being a platinum elite member in my last role, booking rooms for all staff and customers and spending multiple thousands of pounds at Holiday Inn Basildon, you insisted on charging me for a late cancellation. I have set up a new business where I will again need hotels for myself and staff so I will vote with my feet

The location is perfect for work. The lovely man at breakfast is very helpful.

The heater did not work. The air con did not work. No one came to repair them. The cups were not washed properly.

The breakfast and central location was a highlight for sure.

The bathroom was less than great. The shower drain did not work great and neither did the toilet.

Close to where we wanted to spend the night

One slow lift for 6 floors, noisy room (aircon unit we think) and a flashing light in the corner of room from the smoke detector. Single bed was rock solid.

The staff were excellent as usual. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always so friendly.

There is much choice for food, which is a shame.

I ordered food at the hotel and the burger was tasteless and hard. Plus not many options on the menu.

Comfortable room with usual lovely service and convenient breakfast. Both the night time and morning receptionists were extremely understanding and accommodating

The room was sweltering as the window was almost entirely locked shut apart from the smallest chink for air. The AC was ancient and didn’t work - no cooling at all and loud clattering sounds to make sleep impossible. The sun shone on the plate glass windows all day with temperatures hitting over 30 degrees so this was totally unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Breakfast was pretty dried up and congealed by 8.45 - and never replenished. The server in charge refused to provide more bread for the toaster, claiming this was hotel policy. I would have liked more than one piece of toast! Later there was an unpleasant and unnecessary scene where she publicly admonished an incoming guest and refused his entreaties to allow him any toast at all with his breakfast! Quite unbelievable…

Close to Temple Mead Station. Well maintained, breakfast included. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable with air con that worked. Luggage storage

It was very convenient for the train station and connections to the airport. Though maybe not so close to the centre of Bristol. Depending on what you wanted. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

Non breakfast food options were not great

The location was excellent and the bed was comfy.

I didn't think the breakfast was great, there were no eggs and it was a very limited choice.

Room was adequate. Parking was free.

No where local to eat
