Good location, very clean and tidy everywhere. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, very fresh and replenished frequently.

We didn’t pre book breakfast so the additional £18.50 pp seemed a bit steep for a hotel breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for the Quay and central Bristol, very big and comfortable room.

Convenient location to the University of Bristol and city center. Staff was very helpful in leaving our bags on both check in and check out and that made those days much simpler.

The central location, the grandness of the hotel, the rooms comfy clean and spacious, staff happy and helpful in their job. Bar staff great

Toilets , these are far away from the restaurant if Watling at millers and carters but also if having a drink in the hotel there needs to be a closure toilet as not very good for a disabled person either it’s not quick to get too. All the space the hotel has on the ground level there should be toilet facilities

Unfortunately, one staff member on arrival at front desk was not welcoming or helpful. Saying “ room is not ready and not sure when it will be ready “ This was at 4 pm. Especially difficult as we were traveling with a young child We had to persist and make changes to our planned room which could have been handled more appropriately. This was disappointing as we found that many other staff members were excellent
