Convenient location on edge of town

Very shabby exterior. Selected for EV charging. The EV points location made it difficult to charge via the EVC service which doesn’t work with mobile data, requires hotel wi-fi which is out of range. Bistro food below average.

Staff 10/10 for staff easy clean reception parking views location.

bed uncomfortable. room generally bit dirty Issue with mugs in room....!! wash them yourself! Ill say no more on that.......

The hotel has a modern interior, great, clean comfortable room. I chose a room with a balcony which had beautiful views over the golfing green. I didn't have time for breakfast as I was due on a training course nearby.

The exterior of the hotel does look like an office building but it didn't bother me at all, just maybe a little harder to find if you don't know what to look for.

The front of the hotel does look like it needs some tlc, the conference suite looked a bit derelict, but maybe this has nothing to do with the hotel.

As I booked my stay a good month or so ahead, I was able to make a couple of requests ahead of time. The response to my questions and queries was very prompt and I knew the answers to my questions and requests well ahead which was very helpful, a big plus for this. On arrival checking in was very quick and efficient, the reception staff were brilliant and very helpful. I can't fault this process, part of the reason I chose to stay at this hotel. The room actually exceeded my expectations and was a great size, with a great view, very clean and tidy and most importantly of course the bed was nice and comfortable.

Don’t let the of it’s time ‘70s architectural monstrosity external looks put you off when doing your hotel search. This is a good hotel, in a great location with decent sized well kitted out rooms and a pleasant view out over the golf course next door. The restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. Have stayed here before and will happily return again.

Starting to look a bit tired and perhaps slightly shabby in places - could do with a bit of a refurb and freshen up. Otherwise, all good.

The inside was so much better then the out so I was hopeful and the staff were really friendly

So we got in late as I had work and got into bed and there was little bit of blood on the sheets, as it was 2am we didn’t know what to do, there was hairs on pillow and in the bath there was also hairs, it just made everything uncomfortable x

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. The checking process was excellent, much of this by agreement during the booking process. The communication with the hotel I find to be very good and the room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for us.

An unknown noise which kept my partner awake for most of the night. It sounded like a generator or something similar and there was also a vibration as a result, I noticed this myself around 4 or 5am. This is the only issue I had on this particular visit. This is not something I've noted on prior stays.
