Room with ensuite and facilities such as use of kitchen with everything you need. Superb mattress. Quiet. Good location within walking distance of town centre.

No chair in my room and there was space to put one. Garden is a patch of concrete and has not been done yet and that is a bit of a pity, because inside you can see that the owner has put in effort to make it a comfortable place with extra facilities you don't have in a hotel.

Great location and adequate parking. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Owner was friendly and approachable.

The shower was extreme slow, the towels were worn and didn't smell too fresh. There were no hooks to hang coats, towels. No mirror in the bedroom and no kettle in the room to be able to make tea/coffee. Only one bedside table too. It says no under 18's but there was at least 2 children there during our two night stay.

My only criticism is that it would be better to put lat blinds in the front room because you can't really open the roller blind with it being on the road

It was close to town and local transport. In a quiet area and the staff was really good at handling check in and out.

Seemed tidy,

There was nowhere to put anything not even toothbrush in bathroom, and there was no toilet roll the full time we was there, if there was a fire we wouldn't of been able to get out the fire escape window there's a big drainpipe stopping it from opening. There was cobwebs all over the room, and we were woken up between 11pm and 2am from other people banging doors, up and down the stairs and talking quite loud.

I pre-booked and pre-paid for the ground floor room one week before arrival. The booked room was on the ground floor as per the advertisement on booking.com rather than any special request which might not be accommodated. Upon arrival, the property gave me a room on the upper floor with stairs and no lift. Everyone has their own priorities and needs which need to adhere to. I had to wait for nearly 2 hours with calls between me, customer service, and the hotel rep. I had to spend all that time on the street in my car in nearly freezing temperatures for no fault. Eventually, I booked the nearest hotel to the original location. Be careful when booking, as your desired and paid-for room might be given to other guests! I was told by the property that they gave me their best room. I feel I am myself the best judge of what is right for me, and I have not delegated such authority to anyone else.

Clean, cozy and convenient.

The outside door has to be locked while checking out. If this door could be self locking it would be great.

*Breakfast is not included (as stated in the description), but there is an extensive communal kitchen where one can prepare their own food, with two hobs, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils you need. *The room was very clean and tidy. *Approximately 200 meters from the town centre. *Free on street parking. *Work stations are planned, so I’m already looking forward to my next stay *Nice quiet street.

Can’t think of anything negative to mention. I’ll leave those to people who had different experiences than me.

Well this is a hidden gem after staying in the well know hotels in the area (st James and holiday inn)this hotel totally outshone those 2 .Everything was exceptional
