I had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Milton Keynes. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location

I was not impressed with the level of cleaning and general cleanliness of the hotel.

Always a decent option, handy location, parking ok, food good, staff good, clean and well equipped.

Starting to look a little tired in places for the money.

The room was lovely and clean, plenty of room to move about and the complimentary water & kit kats were a nice touch.

A couple more milk pots would have been great.

Bed as always was comfortable

There was a noise in our room most of the night. It sounded like an extracter fan, would come on for 20-30 mins then go off for 20-30 mins and then come on again. Just long enough for us to almost fall asleep in between. Electricity was unplugged so it was not our room, but sounded like it came from bathroom.,

The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide variety of freshly prepared food and as much as you can eat. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very central and within walking distance of the railway station. I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel's store after checking out, so was able to enjoy another day in MK without having to carry luggage.

I support the hotel's sustainability policy but, after a sharp drop in the external temperature, the room was chilly when I arrived. I was able to increase the temperature on the thermostat. I was allocated a room modified to be accessible for a wheelchair user, although I do not consider myself disabled. I found it a bit less convenient than the ordinary rooms I have been allocated on previous visits. For example the toilet flush and bath taps were less easy for me to reach.
