Absolutely everything. The Apartment was amazing. Full bathroom, with a bath, full size modern kitchen, with everything you need, including a washing machine. Also had 3 bedrooms each with robes and main with ensuite. It was on the 5th floor with amazing views and a private balcony. Full lounge room and 6 seater dining. Lift and stairs, easy access. This apartment is Highly recommended!

The only thing I would say this apartment needs is block out curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise it's PERFECT.

We stayed in apartment 72 and had a very hard mattress but the team at Vision resolved this by purchasing a topper mattress for us. Little items need checking would make the stay perfect - some lights not working (bathroom and kitchen) no curtains!!! and blind head rails broken ideally would have liked to shut out the sun, the balcony although fabulous views the decking was very uncomfortable underfoot, could do with an outdoor mat, could not fault anything else Lift was out of action but we were informed prior to our arrival Very hot apartment but fans were provided

the location was good. the apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.

there were a few broken fixtures and fittings that spoilt the property.

Host was readily available on mobile and happy to assist with any enquiry. We arrived late due to a faulty train coming in from London, called the host who was more than happy to help us locate the key to gain access to the apartment.

On the day of check out the cleaner kept rushing us to get out, so we ended up ringing the office to ask for an extra hour and that's when the cleaner stopped. As a result of all of this, I left one sandal in the property because we didn't have time to check the property to ensure that we had all our belongings.

Internet service was fast, rooms were very tidy.

The location

The property management never bothered to look into the Apartment before renting out. Bathroom towel heater was not working as well as the exhaust fan. wall clocks had their battery expired. Despite repeated requests only wall clocks were fixed.

At first day toilet flushing water was weak, then since 2nd day no water at all. I stayed there 5 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. I was told to buy myself if I wanted more. Ventilation fan in bathroom was weak and made loud noise. On the last 2 days it simply stopped working. There were two locked on the front door. One was very loose and it seemed it was going to fall apart. Carpets were uneven at some different spots on the floor. Be careful.

We liked everything about the place. Very responsive hosts. Very clean house. Excellent parking facilities. Felt very safe. Also centrally located.

Amazing apartment, luxurious and super clean. Lovely stay, great views, nice and quiet - would definutely return.

The view to garden was amazing quite and so clean

Superb location and great facilities. There was a problem with the washing machine which we reported. Apart from that everything else was of a superlative standard.

Very well equipped, modern apartment in the heart of the city centre. Lots of restaurants, shops in walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful even out of office hours. We had a lovely stay.

We couldn't fault anything.
