I loved the pool and the rooms, however there was nothing in the booking info that said that the bathrooms and living room areas are completely open to the outdoors. I don't think I would've booked had I known that. It was difficult to go to the shower or sit in the living room without getting eaten alive by mosquitos. That being said, the villas did have a service to spray your rooms and put insect repellent spray and incense. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. My body just reacts really badly to mosquitos so I was a bit uncomfortable, but if you can handle it, everything else about the place was great.

Amazing villa and attentive staff with great customer service

Their service was THE BEST - we had so many requests and each time they were prompt, patient and positive. During a sudden downpour, they brought in our food delivery to our villa with their umbrellas. Swimming pool was big enough with good ambience especially if you love greens/nature - several squirrels running along the villa wall, nice breeze and birds chirping as we "swam". What was memorable was the hotel staff brought in giant flamingo floats for us after learning that we were going to spend the day at the pool. One of their many good initiatives. Breakfast was decent, villa was comfortable, clean and location is pretty centralized too - Walking distance to many places e.g. popular club like Shishi.

-The massage service that we ordered into our villa was not satisfactory. The masseuses were very inexperience - from arrangement of the furniture (to fit all of us) to clear instructions on how long they are going to leave us lying there after they apply the scrub to their massage technique. It is a sharp contrast to the outstanding service we received from the hotel staff. To clarify, our benchmark was Spring spa and regretfully spring spa was many times better. -The swimming pool is a little deep for a comfortable floating breakfast experience if you want to move around the pool (There is an elevated platform to sit on). -More lights along the walkway to the villa would be good. Visibility was low especially during the rain. Given that there is pond that lined the walkway, there is a risk someone could fall in.

The property was perfect! First time in Bali and our expectations are set so high because of Mayaloka Villas. Great location in Seminyak, beautiful pool, amazing facilities, villa was cleaned everyday. Staff were absolutely amazing, always went above and beyond for us, shoutout to Yoga, Wayan and the Manager Arya. Always made us feel at home! Overall super comfortable and beautiful villa and couldn’t recommend it enough!! We will be back again

Villas are large and spacious though in need of refurbishment pool is great staff is great - especially Arya and Wayun - always smiling and ready to help music player provided in the room was great

Very restricted with food options- even those for breakfast. like if we asked for an extra croissant- it was not possible to get Fittings are old - bathing area/ shower stall needs better drainage. Doors constantly got stuck- very difficult to manoeuvre and open/close Shuttle to Seminyak could be more flexible not sure if I will come back given the high price if the facilities don’t pick up.

Wayan and his team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the Villa was authentic, clean, friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, free shuttle to Seminyak square. we would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Attentive staff. Good sized villa. Attention to detail - spray in room for mosquitoes and coils. Good pool size. Good breakfasts and always on time.

No face cloths. No hair conditioner or body lotion. Pretty much constant low noise from bass of music from neighbouring residence/hotel/complex- unsure of exact location.

The villa is spacious, staff is courteous.

The bed and the mattress is little dated and not very comfortable.
