Where do I begin. The place is so run down, it needs a complete overhaul, a total renovation. It was musty (smelly) the tiny kettle in the room didn't even work (and it took them all day to replace it). They 'USED' provide a buffet breakfast, that's now gone !! We were booked in for three nights, we booked out after night one !!

Check would have been easy, but they insisted on copy of husbands passport becasue he booked it, but he was in UK. This caused delays and a lot of unnecessary hassle. Rooms were spacious enough. Staff were peasant and helpful but not empowered to make decisions, followed process robotically (same as most places in Philippines).

The whole place is a bit tired and dated. The first room was nice enough but the shower didn't work. The second room faced the street and was very noisy - trucks, motorbike and horns at 4 AM! Breakfast was poor - very limited choice and low quality.

Fijn en rustig hotel met een geweldige service, speciaal voor ons ging de karaoke bar open. Het a la carte ontbijt ging een beetje chaotisch en weinig keus voor Europese gasten maar was prima.

Bathtub, air conditioning

Not enough hot water. Hot water runs for 60 to 90 seconds and no more.

Room is spacious and clean.

Some deives in cr is not workong properly, i do not recommend their pool because it is not that totally treated.

Spacious two bed room suite at a fair price, central location for lots of shopping malls. Staff were super helpful and very nice.

The whole hotel has seen better days and is neglected. The breakfast was very limited choice wise.

The staff and specially the Manager was very accommodating which is really made our stay wonderful. I wish the breakfast is buffet style. Over all our stay for 4 nights was amazing. Thank you for all the staff and to the Crown Regency Mactan location.

I wish the love seat in our room was functional.
