Everything! The most astounding views over the harbour and the bay (floor 3) Lovely goodies! Clarins miniatures, soaps, shower gel, shampoo, even a shower cap! A tray in the kitchen loaded with cereals, jam, coffee, tea. Even some rock for my son! A free ice cream! Large TV on wall in main room and in both bedrooms 😍 Everything you could possibly need, we found 2 fans also in the wardrobe! The shower is huge, my son loved it as did I Nothing is too much trouble for James the host, speedy response when I had a question or needed something. He also knows loads about Scarborough and is more than happy to share his knowledge with you. I could go on...but this place is a gem, we truly loved it.

Easy communication with James - Apartment was well equiped and very clean - the extras were a nice touch too - the apartment was very central to all the attractions - I would strongly recommend staying to anyone wanting to go to Scarborough and wouldn't heistate to stay there again.

The bed was not comfortable,The double glazing didn’t seem to work, we stayed on the top floor and we could hear people talking down below,the noise of the traffic wasn’t good especially first thing in the morning,very loud.

Superb venue right on the sea front, exceptionally clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a great weekend away, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a lovely break. Coudn't have asked for more.
