Hotel jest świetnie położony przy pięknej czarnej i relaksującej plaży, ma cudowny basen. Personel jest bardzo miły. Jest to miejsce bardzo relaksujące dla doskonałego wypoczynku. Choć sama architektura budynku nie jest ładna, to pokoje, atmosfera, udogodnienia i położenie są na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Some of the food items on the restaurant menu were extremely expensive, and some of the items were not as good as would have been expected from a resort of this calibre. Also, the steam room facilities were noted as 'broken and unusable'. At a resort of this size and cost, to have any of the facilities unavailable to guests is not acceptable.

Wifi in the room didn’t work properly, but WiFi worked well in the restaurant and the hotel.

We absolutely loved the room! It was very spacious, and it had 1 1/2 bathrooms! The bedroom had a nice view of the back bamboo grove and we had an ocean view in the sitting area. The rooms were clean and made up nicely, and when we asked for more shampoo, etc, the staff was always willing to accomodate. The front desk staff were always attentive and friendly and the staff of the restaurant would bend over backwards to get you what you need.

The only thing we didn't like was that we reported that the curtain rod of the bedroom window was missing and so closing the curtain was not so accessible. They never did anything about it, but it was a minor issue for sure. Also, just a word of advice, the beach in front of the hotel is a BLACK sand beach. So if you are expecting a glistening white coral beach, then this is not the place for you. But it is a beautiful, big swimming beach with a wonderful surf. There are white sand beaches everywhere but a true black sand beach is a rare find. There are some locals who play in the surf on the weekends, it makes for a lively beach scene. Most of the time it is quiet and serene, with hardly anyone there. Also, the sound of the surf is wonderful! It is bit faster and louder than most beachside properties, but we think the sound is perfect!
