The room we booked wasn’t like the one that was advertised !! However, the duty manager offered us a free upgrade to a better room the next day of our 3 night stay ! The upgrade was good

you can’t expect what’s on this pictures. very old and unclean property. 2 bed apartment cost me £103 but for this price you can find 5 stars hotels in Srilanka not recommend at all

Front Office & Reception:-Very poor especially female staff. Asked for Tea and the answer came that the room has the facility and we should make it. I am a frequent traveler and the answer made me disgusted. Male staff was having nails not cut for more than a month Service is poor. Tea is not served in-room service and items are less for a guest who is looking for Multi Cuisine. Sri Lanka is a coastal belt and guests might look for seafood mainly.Still I remember the taste of Cuttle Fish which i had from Cinamon Lakeside.
