The location is great, right in the center of Kitzbühel. You can get to a ski lift by foot in only a couple minutes. Also, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel.

I’m also not a fan of valet parking, where you have to leave the key at the reception. I wouldn’t go there if I wanted to use my car regularly. Charging daily for a small dog is a joke in my opinion.

-very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, as there is a bar in the hotel -parking price is ridiculous (210 eur for a week) given that you can walk 3 mins and leave it in a public parking for 90 eur, both are outside parking areas. -spa area could be cleaned more thoroughly (fx the same tissue was lying on the floor tucked away in the corner for a week)

Great staff, as always - friendly, helpful and personable. Breakfast just wonderful. Unbelievably clean throughout. Amazing view from room. Hotel refurb and extensive spa really makes this a wonderful base.

Unable to book evening dinner in the hotel which was disappointing (admittedly it was the Christmas period so I should have pre-booked) and room service not available between 19:00 and midnight. Reception offered to book me something external but travelling on my own this was not ideal. In the evening, the main bar area turns into a restaurant so not easy to secure a drink if that's all you want and you have to get past the check-in desk for a hotel you've already paid to be at! No coffee making facilities in room...poor for a room costing £740 per night!

staff appear to be overwhelmed by the amount of people to attend. dining area too crowded, and it’s hard to find a place even for guests staying at the hotel. service especially at night is poor

Adults only setting provided quiet location to relax/vacation. The location was excellent. Rooms had a porch overlooking the mountains and were spacious. Hotel was within walking distance to ski rentals and lifts. Hotel staff were courteous and provided excellent customer service. Bar/restaurant staff were excellent. Quality of the food served at bar & restaurant was excellent. I will return to Schwarzer Adler for my next ski vacation.
