Hotel storico in posizione centralissima, con parcheggio privato e garage.
Camere ampie e ottimamente arredate, ognuna dedicata ad una persona famosa che è passata per Kitzbühel.
Ottima colazione, per qualità e varietà; un po’ limitata la scelta del dolce, ma non se ne sente la mancanza!
Personale molto accogliente.
Illuminazione esterna inesistente.

you need to walk for 7-8 mins to the ski lifts with ski boots but that was not a problem for us!

very noisy at night as bedroom by a bar/club that rated open very very late (or early). Really not good sleep as a result

Breakfast was a big disappointment mainly because of the lady incharge who doesn't refill empty plats on the buffet, she was asked to bring tea and forgot about it, and on 10:30 exactly she evacuated everything despite people were still eating. Just because of her the final grade is much lower

Location was perfect.
Came back from a meeting a 9.30pm. The kitchen was closed and the barman could offer me nothing to eat. Breakfast staff was impatient and unfriendly.

In the center of Kitzbühel, great staff who helps and gave us tips what to do. Very good breakfast, free parking, very clean room, the hotel also have a local restaurant and a bar with nice music.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the entrance to the city center The rooms are spacious and the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly, helpful and smiling
There was no air condition in our suit only but the other rooms they have and they gave us fan

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location is in heart of Kitzbhul with complimentary parking just across the street. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Kaiser suite and the room was very specious, with all the amenities we needed and the view from the three (three!) balconies were just stunning. Breakfast was very good with a rich selection and again the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. We used the sauna at the bottom floor a couple of times which was really nice to use after a long day. They even let us check out past the check out time so we had some more time to relax before our trip back.

Everything about our holiday and stay in the hotel was perfect. Lovely and professional staff that were at disposition 24/7. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Comfortable, clean and practical rooms. Thank you very much and we are definitely coming back!

We were spoilt for choice at breakfast. Plus, everything was so fresh, including the fruit, various breads and patisseries, cold meats, cheese, eggs etc.
