friendly staff and great location. :)

If you are looking for a five star hotel, clearly this is not for you. On the other hand, as a three star hotel, this hotel rates highly; excellent staff with a very pleasant attitude, clean room and bathroom that functions perfectly, an extremely comfortable bed, a hard to beat location. Breakfast is simple but everything was fresh and service, excellent.

Our room was over a busy street with poor noise insulation. I would recommend an inside room and this hotel would then work perfectly as a budget hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The bathoom was modern. It had air conditioning, a desk and a little window. There was a breakfast offered every morning with some yoghurt, pastries, cereal, ham and cheese. The location is wonderfully central. The staff members at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They seemed to man the front desk 24/7.

The air conditioning turned off automatically after a few hours. Would be better if it could stay on all night. We also had issues with the wifi dropping out over a couple of days - we informed the front desk who seemed to fix the problem each time (albeit temporarily).

the facilities are old but absolutely available and usable. very great location. staffers are friendly and helped me a lot.

The double bed was actually 2 single beds joined close together.

Location is great, within 10 minutes to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and the spagna metro station. We needed an early check in and it was granted at no extra cost. All staff speak brilliant English which was very helpful and were so kind.

The view from our room wasn’t great, however we only showered and slept in there as we were out 95% of the time exploring, eating and seeing the sights.

The location is excellent, 2 min away from Spanish Steps, 5 min away from Trevi and Barberini Metro station. The room was cleaned every day. Best value for money!

The room was a bit noisy (coming from outside, I guess it was some HVAC unit from one of the buildings). The double bed is actually made from two singles. Breakfast is not the best, but enough to get you going.

Room had enough space to unpack clothing! The lift was perfect size. Clean and roomy. Bathroom was roomy. Location was fantastic. Staff so helpful and efficient. Breakfast was better than we expected.

The room was very cold and noisy. i could hear all the noise from other rooms and from the hall. The room was freezing cold and the heater turned off during nights. Bring warm sleeping clothes! I slept with wool shirt on

The man who checked us in on Friday Night was exceptionally nice. The room was very small, but for two nights and barely being in the room it was perfect! The room faced onto the street, and was quite noisy with traffic and people throughout the night.

the location is great everything is about 10-20 min away by foot. and the staff was very kind and helpful !! I highly recommend it.

3 days after And I dont find one

When I arrive And I Saw the facade I calll Houston : we have 1 problem!!! ( my mistake : was Not only one Noise from street all night long Beds were used since Julio César Auto parking recomended from the hotel 1000 meters away !! And the worse 229 euros per night!!! The owners control the hotel from Jupiter!!!
