Great location in the center, great look of the front, easy to reach! The staff was amazing friendly and helpful!
The room was clean, but some items were broken or need to be renovated. The breakfast was not very tasty. The Hamam is not managed by the hotel, only cash was accepted.

We loved staying here at Marlight Boutique Hotel. It’s situated in a wonderful location and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Safer and Havva.

I request for a non-smoking room on my reservation instead they put on the smoking floor I requested for a change they told me I have to wait until the next day. my night was horrible. the next morning they send me to the third floor according to them that’s a non smoking floor but that room also had a cigarette smell. I realize I had to get another hotel. I couldn’t spend my two nights in that smoky infested room. no compensation was given. I had to pay for both nights, even though I had to move out that morning and find another hotel in the city.

Rooms were small, claustrophobic, door electronic lock was faulty and we could not get in the room without assistance from staff, using their master card keys. Breakfast was average

Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The metro and the train station are withing walking distance. Great value for the money
the room we checked in had a terrible smoke smell, we asked for another room which also smelled. The breakfast could have had more variety

The owner , Abdul Momin was very approachable helpful. He went out of his way yo assist us. The staff, Haitija and Serpil were also very kind and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.
The breakfast needed more fruit and warm fruits to cater for international visitors.

This hotel has a great location and all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The owner is considerate to guests need and accommodate them as per request.

You get a big single bed which is alright and free bottled water.
Not getting money back for paying for a triple bed room amount and receiving a single bed room woth no reason as to why im not getting compensation. Also my room door was a pain, stood outside for 5 minutes trying to get the keycard scanner to open the door but it was busted, even staff had trouble.
My friend's room door was busted too, stiff and hard to open and close, bathroom door busted, shower door also busted...

The owner and staff were really helpful and went extra mile to accommodate our needs. They changed our bedding daily, kept our luggage whilst we were travelling.

my bag gone missing in the hotel luggage room, and the managers couldn’t work out who took it and where it’s gone.
the walls are not sounds proof, a lot of noise from others rooms was annoying in middle of the night so could really rest well.
there was no hot water last two days of staying, so couldn’t get shower.

Facilities are old and the room is smelly. You can smell the smoking everywhere.

This hotel is bankrupted and is closed. We were not informed until our arrival and were caught by a surprise. Luckily, the Hotel opposite to eat hosted us for the same price. But this hotel shall be removed from Booking!

Old rooms and poor cleanliness. Staff friendly and kind.

The sauna is small but nice addition to this accommodation.
Also, the room is very comfortable and spacy. Bed is big and comfortable, too.
The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. They are something that gives positive ratings to hotel.
The shower in bathroom was not something I expected- they tried to cover the fungus with silicone. It wasn't so nice experience.

location is perfect, silent place.
Close to everything - bus and tram stop, sea cost, restaurants and shops.
Bed linen was soft and clear, bed was convenient.
Facilities worked appropriately
Breakfast was not excellent but not bad at all
I suggest to pay attention to clearness, especially in the bathroom
