Hotel located in Terminal , Haneda Airport. Booked because of early flight next day, so very convenient I asked to have a room overlooking the runways, so was upgraded to a double room

早朝出発の飛行機✈️だったので、かなり便利でした。夕食をホテルのレストランで家族でとり、楽しい時間を過ごせました。食後は、いつもは行かないエリアまで行きました。宿泊しなければ、体験できない事でした。たまにはこんな楽しい時間を過ごすのはいいなと感じました。

初回だったので思い浮かびません。何回か宿泊したら、わかるかもしれません。

Location, clean and comfortable room

We were taken to the check-in machine with an attendant - while he was polite and helpful, it took significantly longer than the in-person check-in (a few other customers were taken to the desk (a person, not a machine) and breezed by with their check-in). A classic example of automation going awry....

The staff were excellent and the room facilities were intellectually designed, clean and comfortable.

Our room service meal had metal inside rendering it dangerous to eat. This was brought to staff attention and response was acceptable - apology and waiving of cost of meal.

Optimal position, very big rooms! Most comfortable beds encountered during our trip to Japan

This hotel is nicely situated in the Haneda Airport and was very convenient.

The location is in the Terminal 2 Haneda Airport. It is hassle free for guests who have an early flight.

One of the staff showed unfriendly and tension face. Hotel interior is old and not clean. The water traces on the table was visibly seen when I was putting my things on the table. There is a kind of “old and weird” smell in the room. The bathroom too had urine smell from the toilet bowl. Toilet paper could be seen in the toilet bowl. It was not cleaned properly. The mattress was hard, I could felt the spring underneath with my hand. To make my sleep comfortable, I had to move a comforter from the other twin bed to my bed as a topper.

the staff was amazing. I lost my passports and they called everywhere in the airport and all of the bus stations to locate it. they let me check in without my passport knowing my situation and helped arrange a taxi to pick up the found passports.

the beds are hard but this is standard in Asia. just be prepared.

Perfect hotel if you need to leave early the following day on a domestic flight. Very confortable and excellent soundproofing. Plenty of dining options in the terminal.
