Es segunda vez que me hospedo acá me gusta ya que las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, la ubicación es muy buena a pasos de una línea de metro y de buses y taxis. Puedes llegar fácilmente caminando a lugares de interés como el obelisco, calle corrientes, teatro Colón, etc. El personal un 10, siempre muy atento y amable. El desayuno excelente.

Hubo una lluvia muy intensa un día que nos dejó sin luz y sin internet, sé que es una situación aislada pero considero que el tiempo que tomó poder solucionar el problema fue demasiado. La limpieza en las habitaciones estuvo poco prolija. El piso no se barrió todos los días y hubo 2 días en que al retornar al hotel la limpieza no se había hecho, aunque al solicitarlo a recepción se enviaron de inmediato a las personas encargadas.

This hotel is like many places in Buenos Aires, i.e. fascinating but run down, appealing but spoilt. There were many things that did not work properly, namely the TV set, the flush toilet, the electronic key system.. Communication with reception staff was a constant mess, one day after another. All in all, although the apartments are nice, this hotel is significantly overpriced - not least because it has to be paid in US dollars. In short, a nice accommodation venue that is nor particularly good value for money and is manifestly in decay.

The hotel is definitely located in an excellent location. My room had a tiny balcony overlooking Av.9 de julio which was fun to watch the cars and a few demonstrations that passed by. The bathroom was much smaller than expected, but not surprised.

Overpriced given the small bathroom, lack of amenities and lack of having card keys for the room. What do you do if you forget your phone in your room?

Nice, clean hotel for good value. Really lovely front-desk staff, who were so helpful and kind.

Hotel is centrally located, but we didn't love the neighborhood. It was safe enough to walk in one direction, but we didn't feel comfortable going the other way at night for dinner. The main neighborhood nearby is really huge avenues in the theater and Casa Rosada district, so not as quaint as some of the other neighborhoods we saw or stayed in on our trip.

Location was good - close to exchange spot, bus stations and train stations all walking distance. You do need to acquire transport card to use Buses and trains. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodates basic need if asked.

Location was OK. I rented 2 rooms and one of them had the air-conditions. damaged. They changed us to another room and it didnt work either. 3 days with no air!

They never fixed the air conditioner or give us a room with one working

The room set up is pretty cool and staff are very helpful. A great place to spend a night.

Street noise is very loud with doors closed (room on fourth floor)

I booked a superior double room with "view". And indeed it had an amazing view over the large and lively avenue. And the small apartment is really nice, especially with the double floor layout. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Thanks!!

Even though the view was really good, the noise from the avenue was extremely loud. It was not loud, no, it was EXTREMELY loud! Unfortunately, the windows are really terrible, so it even does not make a huge difference, whether they are closed or open. PLEASE DEAR OWNER: Get new windows and make them soundproof!! Because the apartment and the view over the avenue is really nice. But the noise kills all. Fortunately, I was able to change to a similar apartment, but very little noise; but also NO VIEW at all. At least I could sleep there. But I will not come back to this place if there are no new soundproof windows and until then, I cannot recommend this place, sorry.

The kitchen accessories are very pre-mature: plates and cups, no pens of any kind, no stove, knifes; The hotel charged taxes, in spite tourists are not supposed to pay them. At first they denied the credit card payment in local currency and said that the are accepting USD credit card payment only. However, when they werenpId cash, they insisted to add taxes.

The stuff of the hotel (Julieta, Israel and everybody) were really kind and great! the location is perfect. Thank you for nice vacation ☺️

Given such a large & spacious unit, the bathroom was very small. The floor of the shower area was also slanted in a way that water did not naturally drain; it was a nuisance to clear it with your feet after a shower. Also, it felt like the A-C was not strong enough! Good thing we were able to open the balcony door for ventilation.

The location is perfect, very central. The staff goes out of their way to make sure customers are happy. The view from the corner rooms is spectacular on Julio 9 Avenue.

The pictures on the internet are fake. The hotel is old and has nothing to do with 4*. We got a room that we didn't reserve, with an air conditioner that you can't turn off or adjust the temperature. The hair dryer did not work nor was it repaired. Booking.com should check the hotels because this is not the first time that fake pictures grab your attention and when you arrive you can't believe your eyes
