The location was fantastic

Hotel was nice and central,walking distance to all the local attractions.Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

Rooms were small and a bit dated but served its purpose and more than made up on its central location.

Excessive noise levels all night into the early hours due to the popularity of the place de resistance as a location for socialising and the hotel is next door to a nightclub. Also disappointing to have a reception area on the second floor for arrivals.

The quality of the towels and some poor maintenance - our toiletries slipped off the glass shelf in the bathroom, because it was loose, and we had great difficulty getting the shower to work.

Charged 10€ more than the price initially advertised and booked on Booking.com for 1 bedroom for 4 persons. TV was not working.

Lovely room in the center of town. Good parking just outside. It was clean and confortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We didnt have breakfast but the dining room looked lovely. We were given complimentary coffee before we left which was very nice and friendly.

Our room felt quite chilly, the corridors and communal areas were warm. Could not turn radiator on. Alot of noise from the club beneath.

I booked the hotel because it stated it had onside parking however when I arrived it turned out their parking was full and I needed to book! Had to drive to an underground carpark 15 minutes walk away.

nice compact room with a/c, located in a very nice area. we had a view overlooking a little square with a christmasmarket.

Location. Only a few minutes walk from the old town, and a tram stop.

Reception only open 16:00 to 21:00. If you arrive before 16:00 there is nowhere to drop-off your bag and come back later

Excellent location for old town and river. Many restaurants and bars very close. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh room.

We knew it was a small attic room but one side of bed was right under the eaves so had to bend to get by. Only issue was the chords from the velux blinds were hanging down and could have been dangerous when getting out of the bed and crossing the room.

Hôtel Mondial is a lovely little hotel in a great location. The staff are welcoming and helpful, my room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

It is a pity that there is no lift but that is how it is. The lady on reception helped me to carry my luggage to the third floor, which was very kind.

The location is at the same building of a noisy night club.. So bad because the air condition was loked and the owner said that he will not open it because he think that the whether in fine So we had to Keep the door open for some air, but the street was full of noisy drunk younger from the night club It was the worst night in france we ever had

No lifts, and we were situated in top floor with 2 flights to the reception and a further 3 to the rooms (25/26) Unfriendly welcome. 1 bathroom had a leak, and bathrooms were exceptionally small. over priced continental breakfast @ 18 euros

Good location nice comfortable bed and good bedroom.

No hot water so couldn't take a bath or shower. No elevator which wasn't a problem for us but could be fore some people.
