Sehr schöne Wohnung. Essen auf Barhockern war für uns nicht so bequem. Aber alles andere war perfekt.

La qualité de l'appartement, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé dans Tours. Belle vue du 7eme étage avec ascenseur.
Petites attentions d'accueil et les très bons conseils et bonnes adresses de notre hôte sur la ville et ses environs.
Un vrai plaisir que d'avoir une vraie chambre d'hôtes, avec une vraie hôtesse attentionnée comme Pascale!
L'accès un peu délicat au parking et son éclairage.

Clean, well appointed, great location making it easily walkable to city Centre.
Parking can a challenge if the parallel parking directly in front of the building is taken. Then the free parking option goes away.

Breakfast was superb - cherries and strawberries from Pacale's garden, delicious sourdough bread and local butter, fresh apple juice and more. The apartment is beautiful. The location was convenient - a walk or short bus ride from the station. Local shops (bakery, charcuterie) were exceptional. Pascale went out of her way to facilitate our visit, letting us check in early and supplying lots of local information.

The apartment is very well located. Just within 10 min of very pleasant walk through a nice boulevard from the Tours train station. No need to take a taxi if arriving by train, even if travelling with lots of luggage - can easily reach the apartment on foot. Pascale, the host was waiting for us outside the property (we informed her of our arrival time in advance) and recognised us by calling our names. The apartment is very clean and kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Breakfast from the host included eggs, butter, bread, apple juice, water, tea, coffee capsules, and even home-made jam!!! Everything was nicely prepared and taken care of! Great view from the dining table overlooking Tours. Carrefour and boulangerie are within 5-10 min walk. The historic centre and shops are also within 10 min walk. Tours is a great base town for exploring Val de Loire castles and a great town!

It was bright, clean, and exceptionally well provided with kitchen equipment and breakfast provisions. Pascale is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We have stayed in several apartments in the past and this was the best in terms of providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect. It’s just a 10 minute walk from the town centre and train station. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could wish for and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host was extremely considerate and welcoming and went the extra mile for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We definitely want to return 😊

Spotlessly clean, bright and airy studio. Pascale has provided a home from home environment. A very warm and welcoming host who made sure the apartment is of a high standard. A wonderful breakfast was provided with home made jams, organic bread and juice.

The studio is located in a quiet and green neighborhood, very convenient to visit Tours and a good base to explore the Loire Valley. The studio is very clean and bright and the view is absolutely wonderful! The main attractions, shops and restaurants in the city are within walking distance. Pascale waited for us on arrival in front of the property to hand us the keys and offered very useful suggestions. We really appreciated her warm welcome and support and especially the kind local treats! The kitchen is provided with all the necessary appliances. One of the best advantages (for those travelling by car) is the underground parking, very safe and easy to use.

Quiet neighborhood, free parking in front of the building, very responsive owner. Great location if you have in mind both discovering Tours and other places in Loare valley.
Appartment is small but offers everything you need. It has an elevator but at the beginning you have a few stairs (just in case you are going there with a baby wheel)
We had a lovely stay there. They even provided a baby bed.
I would stay here again.

Perfect location. Wonderful apt on 7th floor (so great view of town and not noisy at all) w secure parking. Pascale was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, nice shower and bathroom, full kitchen and utensils, pots etc. Pascale stocked place w some essentials like coffee, tea, butter, jams, bread, eggs, fruit… so it was very easy to eat there. Did I mention that the location could not have been better??!! If we find ourselves in Tours again it will definitely be our first choice place.
There is nothing not to like. Perfect for a visit.

Small apartment with views over the city.
in 30 minutes city center can be reached on foot. The host is very nice and gives tips useful tips. Free and save underground parking space available.

Self service breakfast was perfect, cereal, juice, fruit, bread, butter, fruit preserve, eggs , coffee, tea and chilled water. The place is well equipped.
Great location, short walk to the centre, secure parking included, practically furnished and the double bed was comfortable. When we next visit Tours, we will definately check this studio for availabity. Excellent view fron the seventh floor. There is a lift!

Pascale was very nice and helpful. Great ideas for restaurant in the evening. Perfect distance to see Tours. Safe car park in basement.
