I liked the hotel for the thermal baths and the breakfast, which is quite plentiful, varied and tasty.

We stayed in a very old room that needs a lot of maintenance. The bed mattress is quite thin which makes it uncomfortable. The pools are great, but as it is open to the public, it gets really crowded. A little difficult to communicate in English with staff and they didnt give us any tip about the hotel

Codzienne sprzątanie i możliwość wymiany ręczników. Bardzo przydatne szlafroki.

Wyjątkowo miękki materac, nie dla każdego jest to dobre i zdrowe, ale to już kwestia indywidualna.

Aquapark at property

We book rooms with double bed via booking but we only got single bed rooms. Playroom fór kids is poor, hotel is very simple no bar coffee just bad. Breakfast were good, staff nice. I would give middle range.

The room was very standard. There was quite a lot of space. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a buffet with not too many options but the food was okay. The location is quite good - within walking distance of the center. I imagine if you have a car it's even more comfortable. The pools are very nice. A good place to relax.

Free entrance to Aqua Park was a great added feature. The hotel and the Aqua Park are connected and it made for easy access. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The buffet was complete for Europeans who like lunchmeat, pickles, olives, salads and the like for breakfast. For Americans, pretty much our breakfast was limited to two types of cold cereal and bread with preserves. Yogurt was available, with limited choice. Coffee, hot tea and juices were fine. The rooms were clean, but small and dated. The walls were paper thin.

The hotel is great! A really good balance Cost x Quality. We stayed 9 days to enjoy the ski area and we loved it! Would really come back again. The breakfast has different options everyday and we were always eager to know what would be the day's special. We felt that the rooms were very large and very clean. Parking is free and easy access (just a small portion that was with heavy snow and 4x4 vehicule required). The access to the Aquapark is free for all guests and really makes a difference after a day of ski. Really recommend the stay!

Me only suggestion is that the bathtub has no curtains and the floor gets really wet. You should consider installing some protection. Also, for the window curtains, they require some maintenance to block completely the sun in the mornings.
