Quiet location with good facilities in the 2 br apartments including washing machine & dryer

Too far from the main street Our room was missed & not serviced we stayed 8 nights lots of stairs to rooms & the garages are tiny & hard to get in & out of when cars are parked in the visitors parking

Cleaning was not upto mark, lot of dust, bedroom cupboard couldn't open easily , jammed, one of cupboard door almost out

No breakfast, the kitchen was self contained but it was in disarray, things placed in odd spots, like plates in several locations , with saucepans.

Could have been cleaner .it was dusty, the patio was dirty. The shower needed a good scrub. My elderly mum had to sit on a patio chair as the couch was too low .

I had surprised family who were visiting from interstate with a weekend away, although it turned out to be an embarrising situation... when we arrived to find out we were given a room that was filthy not clean. The bathroom roof was discusting full of black mould, the tiles were also infested with mould as well, and so was the toilet bowl, hand basin around taps ect. The kitchen window had all black dirt around it, when opening the draw that had cutlery were not clean, so we made sure to wash everything before use. The lino flooring had recently been laid and started to lift, at times we almost tripped over the area where glue had not held properly, front door unfinished not painted, not to mention the cockroaches crawling around at night. How a reputable business can allow this discusting experience is beyond me. Really deserve a refund for such a poor experience.

location was great. unfortunately the boardwalk was closed in a section for maintenance. the bed was really comfortable with all cooking utensils on hand.

a few maintenance issues were reported to staff to correct. a good clean needed for exhaust fan, sliding door, sliding wardrobe doors & shower door tracks need cleaning with shower screen glass needing descaling. all these have not been cleaned in a long time as there was such a build up. this was all recorded on the maintenance slip to be rectified.

The apartment needed some general maintenance. Apartment needed a more thorough clean.

view was great except a large coconut tree blocks a view of the marina heads. There are several smaller coconut trees in the same area so the old larger one could be removed to enhance the view without harm to the environment

no exit fan in bathroom/toilet. Not able to make kitchen GPO or cooktop work

It was close enough to still enjoy the nightlife but far away to not be noisy and enjoy a good nights sleep!

the car parks are a bit difficult to get into with a 4wd, the phone service/internet was no existent in our room

The views were fantastic. Some of the apartments were good.

Our apartment was dirty and really needed updating. The doors to the second bedroom didn’t close, ok for children but not adults.

When we got there I went to charge me phone at the power point near the tv there was a high dead cockroach there. I went to make a cuppa and I noticed crumbs on the plates. Every plate was either wet or had food stuck on it .Every cup still had coffee stains in them. I had to was every dish in the cupboard. The place needs a darn good clean shower was filthy with calcium build up. Mirrors still had dust all over them.What really disappointed us was that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t told this until we arrived. Apparently they we’re having annual leave. The reason we chose this resort was because it had its own restaurant we should have been informed of this when booking very inconvenient to say the lease and false advertising of this property.

reasonably clean, comfortable bed. great views. Not too expensive. lovely and helpful staff

just needs a bit of TLC. some furniture quite and stained (outdoor) or sunken (sofa) mould in bathroom sink plug hole was a bit gross. also mould in grout I& shower ceiling cornices
