街の中心まで徒歩15分以内で行かれ、近所に観光施設がたくさんあり、便利で良い。スタッフの対応も基本的に非常に良い。レストランのサテーは、絶品。

ミネラルウオーターの配布がない。その代わりにフィルターで漉した水の給水器とボトルが部屋にあったが、水道水を漉していると思われるため、飲めなかった。安全性が保障されていないので。改善が必要。シャワーの温度設定が非常に難しい。適温にするためには相当微妙な調整が必要。ベッドのシーツ交換を毎日やってもらえないようであった。またバスローブをベッドの上に置いておいたら取り換えてもらえなかったのでフロントに聞いたところ、バスルームの床に置いておかないと交換しないということであったが、そのような説明も案内も全くなかった。レストランでアラカルトメニューを頼んだところ、3回選んだ料理が総て「提供なしメニュー」であり、非常に印象が悪かった。「提供なし」であるならば、その旨記載するなりメニューから削除すべき。

Perhaps the best hotel for first-timers to Brunei. We were worried about the availability of cabs in Brunei after reading about the lack of taxis in Brunei on the net. Still, the hotel arranged for a nice Mazda sedan for a very reasonable price. We had the option of paying extra for a very early check-in at 0900 in the morning, but the gentlemen at the reception provided us with various options to spend our limited time in Brunei. The symbol of Brunei, Saifuddien mosque is only 12 minutes walk from the hotel and the royal regalia museum is in front of the hotel. You can withdraw money, eat, and escape the heat at the Yayasan shopping center near the mosque. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant is open from morning to night. You can book all tours from the hotel. Thanks to Ziman, who arranged a nice tour of Kampong Ayer for us. Thanks to Mr. Eros for a smooth check-in. Also, thanks to everyone at the restaurant for a lovely breakfast and cakes in the afternoon.

Only stayed for one night...

Het personeel was werkelijk fantastisch! Zo ontzettend lief en behulpzaam en zeer goed Engels sprekend. Eten ook erg goed en lekker. Locatie dichtbij waterfront en leuke foodmarket.

Kamers en faciliteiten echt wel zwaar gedateerd voor een 5* hotel. Een van onze kamers stonk enorm naar iets van schimmel. Bij aangeven werd direct iemand gestuurd en was het even weg maar kwam het later toch terug. Omdat we maar kort bleven het gelaten voor wat het was. De manager was ook erg vriendelijk, had ons achteraf graag een andere kamer gegeven en heeft uiteindelijk korting gegeven op ons verblijf.
