Good sized room bed was comfortable. Had air-conditioning, wifi and TV . Good sized bathroom. Location was fine.

Air conditioning difficult to adjust. Bathroom was a bit smelly, maybe due to a leaking tap. Could do with a couple of hand towels?

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 12 years. Consequently I always compare it to how it used to be before it was considerably reduced in size. In the past it had a very good Breakfast / Restaurant and In Room food choices. Now these are not as good but the basic facilities, eg. the bedrooms, the excellent Swimming Pool, the excellent Staff remain to be very good.

The man working in the poolbar was very serviceminded,Nice and helpful. The same with the man working in reseption working night early morning 22. April.

One of the woman, i dont knew the name but she get to work 8 a clok in the morning i left. She had a bad attitude to the gest. When i got to the hotell and ask to check in(i Was there betwen 12 an 13). She Just point to a sign that the incheck is after 15, i ask again if i could get the rom earlyer if its ready, no answer,just pointet to the sign. 21.april I orden taxi back to the airport on the 22. april, 7 a clock in the morning.(from the same woman.)I paid 1500 Bath, had to ask for the resit. The taxi was not coming, SHE forgot to order it. Thank so much to the man working that morning/night. He take a lot of calls and a taxi came a little after 8.30

Need to renovate room soon . The system in the room very old It was the same hotel 20 years ago when i first visited Thailand. Especially the washroom didnt have a fan to remove the smell …after you done your business..
