La situation géographique, à proximité de la mer. Et la salle de douche
Le frigo était sale, avec de la moisissure à l’intérieur (c est à se demander si ça a déjà été nettoyé), les couverts, eux aussi n’étaient pas propre dans la kitchenette.

Le calme, l'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour de détente. Plage à proximité à pied. Le personnel comme habituellement serviable, attentionné et agréable. Appartement comme studio tout est équipé. Endroit que j'apprécie personnellement pour me détendre.

Ground floor studio next to entrance was very noisy with little privacy

Size of the bedroom. Equipment in the kitchen. The playground. The look and feel in the communal areas. Most of the staff were really friendly
The cost of the breakfast for what it was. Poor allergy information. Couldn’t even get a glass of water in reception/bar without paying for a bottle of water. A water dispenser would be a good idea.

The breakfast was great. Lots of great choices.
The room was not clean. Dishes were dirty, the toilet seat had pee on it. The pull out couch was damaged and was uncomfortable to sit on. The patio doorlatch was loose and barely worked.

The location is perfect.
The lock of the entrance door of the room was not working properly. It was really hard to open or close and it was super loud. The bedroom door was not working at all, it couldnt be closed. The windows of the room were dirty.

We loved the hotel studio. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. We loved the kind and friendly staff always ready to help and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who travels to this part of Belgium and we will definitely come back!

The rooms are great, spacious and have all the facilities. The hotel is new, well decorated and very dog-friendly, allowing dogs even in the lounge area. Having a pool was also an amazing add-on! Very happy!

Great environment and great room. Building is located not too far from the beach.
We heard the neighbours with little children. We were woke up to soon.
