De locatie is top, super vriendelijk personeel, moderne kamer en studio.
Het ontbijt is zeker ook aan te raden. Voldoende keuze en heel erg lekker.

locatie was TOP rustig gelegen en toch niet ver van het centrum en de zee , en de bedden waren uitstekend .

Het ontbijt vonden wij wat weinig variatie voor €20,00 per persoon... hopelijk wordt er wat meer variatie geboden in de toekomst.

De lokatie van het hotel is geweldig! Op kleine loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Goed ontbijt met een ruime keuze en vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren meestel in de buurt van je kamer, op drukke dagen kan dat een probleem zijn. Het zwembad is voldoende en wordt op natuurlijke wijze gereinigd. Het 2 persoons bed is breed en lang, alleen jammer dat er 1 groot dekbed op lag. De kamer heeft een heerlijke douche en de wc is apart van de badkamer.
Je kon eigenlijk niet buiten zitten bij kamer 201 (begane grond) vanwege de rioollucht die regelmatig voorbij komt. De koffie bij het ontbijt. Geen duidelijke uitleg over de bediening van de klimaatregeling.

We really loved it. Room was clean and comfortable. Studio apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location...

Hotel room was spacious and clean, good cleaning service throughout our stay, equipped with fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer and some toiletries. Walking distance to the beach, situated in between Middelkerke and Westende - short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly staff, free parking on the premises. Small outside seating area
No hand soap in the bathroom, wifi was sketchy at times, no water heater in the room. Room on the ground floor, unfortunately the outside seating area lacks privacy.

The place really deserves 4*, the quality of the room, bathroom, staff, facility ... all was really good but ...
The pillows! It was terrible because the pillows we couldn't sleep all over the night and we wanted to use the backup pillow but it was dirty :( the facility was really good and clean but in the end we went to sleep over there and we couldn't sleep :/ :( Next time we may stay at this place if we go again to that location but we will bring pillows for sure.

our key or the door did not work properly - we are not quite sure. it’s quite a walking distance away restaurants inside of the city (especially in winter when half of the restaurants are closed)

The hotel is old, damp smelling, uninviting and building work going on. Nothing like the pictures.

The location is great, near the beachside towns but behind a protected sand dune. The cleaning+clean towels every day was really good, as normally you don't have this in holiday villages. The apartment was very new and nicely decorated.
Bigger play area for children would have been nice.
The first person who met us at the reception didn't speak English and quite brusquely passed us to her colleague, but her colleague was very friendly and polite.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, everything you need is there, breakfast service is good, I guess this is what two stars mean.
It could be recommendable depending on your budget. Worth a 6 (maybe 7) to my humble opinion.

Studio was nice,comfortable bed,we had all we needed.(water,coffee,thee etc).Very close to the sea,you get there among the dunes, on a specially arranged road.Free parking.
A little noisy from the side of the road. The bathroom window leads directly to the access road to the houses. A little uncomfortable.
A few sunbeds and umbrellas would be useful at the pool, there is enough space.
